    Good evening everyone :hello:

I am here to confess that I have done nothing but eat rubbish for the past couple of weeks and have regained all the weight I lost so please Knit Witch can you wipe out my smiley faces and I will start again. I feel like crying but it isn't going to change anything and I need to get some control back, of food if nothing else.

I will try and spend some time tomorrow making a meal plan as that I find helpful. I will organize a home delivery of some shopping too of some healthy food. It's not the end of the world I know but I feel very disappointed with myself. I really need to find a better way to cope with stressful situations especially as it will be an ongoing issue for the foreseeable future.

Anyway, I hope you are all well and having a good evening, take care xx

Don't panic Dumpling, just grit your teeth and get back to it. If it was easy we'd all look like Twiggy. I had my birthday this week and I've swapped classes to a different group and a different day. I have a gain of 4.5 lbs to report. I suspect that the different scales may play a small part in this as this is the kind of gain only usually achieved after a weeks holiday. Nevertheless, I'll be brave and take the gain. I've swapped days so that I can go running Monday, Wednesday and Friday with rest days inbetween.

I've done my meal plan for the coming week and I'm going to do my best to stick to it.

That's why I'm here Dumpling... I was doing well until I broke my ankle in Feb, then just ate rubbish feeling sorry for myself. Don't feel defeated, you'll get back there. You've got this! :)

So, quick tea before cinema was oven chips, egg, and peas. Sometimes the simple things are just the ticket.

...and as I still had loads of calories left in my budget, I treated OH and me to a Feast ice cream each, then popped it in my tracker and :eek::eek:

Well, I didn't go over my calories, I didn't go over my sugar even... but my fat spiked. I hadn't checked. 23g out of every 100g is fat, and 27g sugar (not surprised about the sugar). I knew it wasn't going to be spiking my vitamins and minerals, but crikey!
Well, let's have very few of those then.

    Anyway today:
    b. avocado and tomato toastie
    d. mushroom and tomatopasta
    t. fish coconut curry and rice.
