I am checking in with a loss of -2lb
I have 2 weeks left of my free SW trial and am a little worried about keeping on track without group weigh in every week. (However those at group aren't the friendliest bunch, not a patch on this group) so I'll have to try my best.
Although I have had (large but lovely) temptation put in my path by my lovely Mum and Aunt who have bought me a Kitchen Aid mixer for my (early) birthday and Christmas present. I have coverted one for years and now it's sits beautiful and bold on my kitchen counter with lists of bread, biscuits and cakes forming in my head. I have named it Cookie ❤️

I've just looked at the chart which Knit Witch keeps and realise I've just 1lb to lose to be half way there for this challenge - thanks Knit Witch.

My new routine seems to be working at the moment, I just hope I can keep it up. Basically its fasting until about 4.30 pm then I have a cup of soup and dinner later.

I used to be a normal weight before I retired. I thought it was because I was more active but I don't think that's the case, in fact I think I walk/exercise more now than I used to do. So I'm coming around to the thoughts that my pattern of work had a lot to do with my weight being normal so I'm trying to emulate what I used to do.
    Breakfast was non-existent
Lunch - I used to work through lunch, a cup of coffee
Dinner - Depending on the work load I'd either finish around 6pm or more often 8-9pm. Late finishes meant frequenting the village wine bar/restaurant for tea 3 or 4 times a week or a take away.
I only used to cook regularly on Sunday (Saturday was a workday).

I can't justify the takeaways or restaurant meals now but I can follow the pattern of only eating late. Weigh-in next week should be 'interesting!!'.
I think we had a discussion on here months ago about fasting.

I remember reading about splitting your day into three x eight hour periods as in

    Sleep for eight hours
Consume all your food in an eight hour period
Fast for other eight hours but drink plenty of water

I try to have all my food between 11.30am and 7.30pm and it seems to suit me fine.

Good luck with your 'time trial' and be interesting to read the results :D

Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday

Lucky you. I would love one of those.

I ran last night and any of you that run will probably understand me when I say it was a good one, wow, I felt like I could run forever, the hills were a breeze, I did sprints, I wish I knew why some runs were like that and others a nightmare.

B/F Chocolate readybrek, 2 crumpets with flora & marmite, coffee
Lunch - not sure about this yet
Tea - roasted vegetables and white fish steamed.
    Snacks will be fruit.

    I will run today again.

    Afternoon all.

B: ff yog, berries, maple syrup
L: leftover beetroot salad, BNS soup
D: gammon - probably as a risotto, or maybe with wedges and pickles

    50 min dog walk.

I am counting down to a long weekend away with DH and dogs in the New Forest. My Mum is going to come and keep an eye on DD for 4 days. This is to make up for us not going away at half term as DD had managed to secure another week's work experience at a local vet. The plan is lots of fresh air and walking during the day to wear the dogs out, then out for nice dinners :)

Did a 4 mile+ walk today, so hopefully that will help me. Have eaten a rather large jacket potato though...

Lunchtime was spent making 'freezer mincemeat' with more of the apples but I've been making mince pies this afternoon and managed to get them in the freezer without sampling them.

    4.30pm 1 x cup-a-soup
Dinner:- just about to serve, fresh pilchards and veg wrapped in lettuce, or if I'm honest all the bits and bobs of veggies left in the fridge with pilchards.
yogurt apple, dk chocolate, maybe a glass of red.

That sounds like a nice way to spend a weekend, I hope you get good weather.

I had some naughty bits yesterday that were not part of the plan but I have drawn a line under it and will move on.

I have cycled today and will run later if I feel like it.

B/F hm porridge with golden syrup, danish pastry, coffee
Lunch - protein shake, yoghurt & granola, tea
Tea - pre done smoky chicken with rice and beans, a YS item from Sainsburys.
    Snacks will be fruit.

It is scheduled to stop raining before we get there on Saturday and then be dry and cool through till we leave on Tuesday - perfect for sled dogs and us :)

B: lo carb granola, berries, skim
L: small bit of leftover risotto, BNS soup
D: something quick before we go to a gig

    50 min dog walk.

MSE has promoted me to be a Board Guide (not on here). I think this might show that I am on here far too much! 2000th post might show that too :)
