I am on a mission to shed 20lbs and am using simple calorie reduction with the help of an app which tracks my calories and steps.
I've been given a calorie budget of 1350 a day and expect to shed 1 lb a week.

I just read the first couple of pages and then admit I skipped the next 51 to this one!

The short version? It runs for a quarter of the year (approximately!) and you let me know how much you want to lose in that time (or a shorter time if you join partway through - for example there are 6/7 weeks left in this one if you include this week!) then each week you let me know how much you have lost (or gained *cough*) and I update the spreadsheet and listMust use my stash up!0 -

Hi everyone, hope you are all enjoying the crisp November weather!!!
Monday:
Breakfast: very early hospital appointment - was up there for hours - grabbed some chicken on way home and a bottle of water - was starved
Lunch: 2x 400g Wholemeal Toast & Baked Beans
Dinner: HM KFC Double downs (delish!) salad
Tuesday
Breakfast: bit random tin of ravioli (woke up desperate for some)
Lunch: Prawn, Smoked Salad, Crabstick salad with thousand island dressing
Dinner: Shepherds Pie0 -
It has rained here all day, miserable and cold. I have tried to catch up with some paperwork.
2 cup-a-soup
Dinner:-chicken stir fry with loads of veggies, 1 crumpet with hot/cooked berries on top.0 -
B. Coffee, hm yog, oats, half a banana
L beetroot juice, vegetable and lentil soup with parmesan
S two tiny chocolates I found while tidying the teaching room, a pear, 4 roasted chestnuts, cocoa after the run....
D chickpea curry, rice, chutney,
E. A run in the rain0
