Sent the Mandatory Reconsideration off in March and FINALLY heard after 6.5 MONTHS that they held by the original decision :mad::mad: - so appeal filled out and sent off yesterday (received today!)
So sorry to hear that, it looks like most people win on appeal, so positive thought Knit Witch, imagine yourself receiving that back payment!

L: Tomato Speed Soup and something
D: OUT at Fireworks Party - planning on eating chilli and rice (curries are jars too high in cals), will avoid alcohol and desserts (please god)

After a week of mindless eating I am finding it hard to regain any motivation. It happens sometimes that I get so sick of monitoring every morsel that goes into my mouth that I break out and indulge in all sorts of things I shouldn't let anywhere near me.
It probably wouldn't seem awful to anyone else but it's a disaster for me. I think I will ease up for a few days and just concentrate on limiting the damage.

Sorry to hear that TT. You are allowed as much chocolate as you like in those circumstances.
Hugs to you and your DH.

Sorry to hear that TT, hugs to you both.

We had a little bonfire party last night and I had one sausage and onion in a roll, some crisps and some banoffee pie. I woke up in the night choking - I'd had acid reflux in my sleep and breathed it into my lungs, it burnt horribly! It reminds me how important it is to lose weight, so I'm going to make a bigger effort from today onwards.

    STS for me knitwitch please.

Hugs TT, sorry to read your news.

I have STS this week. Not unexpected - it was the House Troll's birthday yesterday so we had cake and pizza. There's still some pizza left so I expect that will be one of today's meals......back to it tomorrow.
