Hi All
I am reporting a STS
I'm rather relieved as the end of half term scuppered me a bit.
I'm also a demented scale weigher although not so much hopping on and off but gingerly tiptoeing on in the hopes of tricking it into reading less!
At the moment my weigh in day is usually Tuesday as that is my SW day, however I only have about 3 weeks on my trial left so am trying to gage how accurate my home scales are so this week I weighed my self in Bo@ts before work then at SW after work then at home when I got in, all completely different. So for now I will stick to my SW weigh in.'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Knit Witch - I've lost 4lb this week.
I'm happy with that. Today is a day off exercise.
B/F - chocolate ready brek, 2 x scotch pancakes with flora, coffee
Lunch - Seeded bread roll with flora, yoghurt & fruit, tea
Tea - 1/2 tin of chilli (needs using), rice, pitta bread, tea.
I will have a glass of wine this evening and I've put one of those Baileys Mocha pre mixed cans in the fridge too.

Lost 1lb
And I hope it stays lost this time.
B. Black coffee and a tiny nut pastry at the market at dawn. ..
B2 scrambled eggs on toast and a white coffee
Will be gardening as the lovely weather will not last the weekend and I must harvest the chillis...among other tasks.
D. Fish and hm chips, hg peas, white wine. ...off a small plate/glass.
Weekend does not involve any trains, thank goodness, and DH has pulled a muscle so we might actually catch up on domestic tasks..this includes making chilli vodka, redhot sauce etc.!0 -

Well done on the loses!
Knit Witch please can you alter my tally to reflect a 1lb loss? Thank you0 -
Well, I'm back from my hols to a rather chilly UK. Brrr!
Very surprised that I have stayed the same . Not sure how as there was a large amount of wine! But maybe I counteracted it by not having lunch (always lose my appetite in hot weather).
Today is a write off. Back to work, very tired and no food in the house. Having to resort to buying lunch and snacks...
Back to it tomorrow. Hope everyone had a successful week?Sealed pot challenge 11: number 5940 -

Hope you all have a fandabadosy weekend

I dug the whole veg garden....so hungry i drank a whole bottle of beetroot juice....and almost a litre of water.
I might allow myself to raid the cupboard with my cup of tea...then it's housework.
Ha.....I wonder if you'll end up here lynnjk......0 -
