I am thinking what we can have for tea tomorrow, as its cold, either Linda McCartney sausage casserole or making a fish pie (potato topped)?

    I just cannot help myself!

    Today's food.

Breakfast - carrots and tomato (food on the go).

Lunch - courgette, aubergine in tomato sauce, banana.

Tea - left over stir fry, new pot. and salad, yoghurt and peach.

    Tomorrows food....

God knows, I may go to bubbs for my tea as I am down to the dregs of the cupboards!

Congratulations on your nomination kathryna .I'd vote for you. :T

I resisted the cauliflower cheese and roasted it instead with paprika and chilli flakes. It was tasty but not comfort food. I did have about 3 syns of dark chocolate just for a sweet taste. Much better for me than cheese sauce

Thanks for the rice info, maman.

    Well done, Saver-upper.

    Congrats, beanie, on being SOTW.
kathrynha, you’re doing a great job with the chart.

My goodness, Tete, I can’t believe it’s been 10 weeks since you sprained your ankle! I hope it is getting back to normal again.

Ceycey, I’m 66, have been officially retired from my DHT job since 2010. I had been on sick leave after a mastectomy before this, which gave me a wakeup call that there are more important things (people, quality of life) than working all hours that God sends. I am now enjoying life with my husband of 46 years, my daughter and son and their spouses and my 3 grandchildren (9, 8 and 5) and, in case you haven’t noticed, I’m a football fan (Falkirk aka the Bairns). I’m a crafter and reader. I have cat whom we adopted a year ago. She’s 14, stone deaf, has 3 legs, and has arthritis and hyperthyroidism so she is always hungry but doesn’t put on weight despite eating us out of house and home!

I’m changing my name to grumpytiger! Team lost again tonight – and they well and truly deserved to! Pure raging!

    Morning all,

Incredible lengths of some of the marriages! Hubby and I just celebrated our second wedding anniversary last month. He is the love of my live :)

I'm also happy to report 1.5lbs loss this week which I'm very pleased with

    Today goes as follows -

B - bacon medallions and eggs fried in fry light, red currants and gooseberries, unsweetened almond milk HexA

L - vegetable curry (sweet potato, peppers, onions, cauliflower, butternut squash), greengage, Alpen light x 2 HexB

D - steak (fat cut off after cooking), a couple of oven chips, vegetables that I need to decide and buy tonight. I think broccoli and leeks

    S - 3 British plums

Exercise - clubbercise and 10,000 steps minimum

I've got a litre of almond to drink today as my HexA. I'm about a third of the way through it. I'll have some more later after work and with dinner. I'm actually ok to drink, but I might be fed up of it after a litre. It was worth a try though!

Another week started, and despite how I feel I'm still planning. If I can gain when I'm eating good, how much worse would it be if I went off plan!

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - fruit
    Lunch - pasta salad
    Dinner - SW pasties
    Snacks - quavers, ginger sweets

    HA - milk
    HB - wrap
Syns - salad dressing (1), quavers (3), ginger sweets (who cares they help stop me throwing up!)
