Ceycey - if you always want to eat then go on but just make sure it's Speed foods! - there's plenty to choose from.

I'm another who's been at target for a while - bout 6 years now.

I'm 65 and retired and live on the SE coast. Have a motorhome and spend as much time as possible away in it! We're off for a couple of weeks this weekend.

Main holiday is planned for early September for 3 months - can't wait. We'll be home for December and then back to France for a month early January!!!

Last week my consultant said she can't wait to retire if she can get away as much as we do, LOL!

So interesting reading about everyone! So much you don't know about people on these kinds of forums, yet you know they have for breakfast, dinner and tea!

I'm 35, also an orphan and an only child, no kids and chronically single, live with my elderly cat who has IBS (nice), ex-teacher currently a bit of a bum while I look for a decent job and try to do up the house at the same time. I finally got my blind hung and functioning this afternoon - over the moon!

Also stuck to plan all day - well done me! Now going to do some crochet with last night's Corrie :) (Gettingthere - I used to cross stitch but haven't done any for years. I really want to learn traditional embroidery, especially after visiting Hungary!)

Anything else? Oh yes been at target (or there about) for 10 years

10 years is amazing achievement, you should be so proud of yourself.

I can sympathise about the work, and resulting impact on you emotionally and physically. There are not many professional where this level of abuse is not only tolerated, but expected. You clearly are very strong to have carried on for 20 years, and I love the tattoo and hair. I always think that if you were fortunate to have good parents, it hits you harder when they go, but it is important to remember you were so lucky to have good parents x

TIE - thanks for sharing that! Sounds like you've been through a lot and I'm really sorry for the losses :( I love that you have purple hair and a tattoo (I think i saw the pic - it's a bee right??). I would like a tattoo although i think my dad would probably disown me despite me being 36!! It's heartening to see that you have been at target for so long!! I get the impression a lot of the people on this board are on or around target and meanwhile I can't even get to target because of my eternally greedy gob!! Both my sisters are teachers so I know how important a good TA is and i can imagine that after 20 years you are super experienced and good at what you do!
Bubbs - i love your self given job title haha!

Double dare you to get the tattoo!

I love the idea of being chronically single..... it is flipping tempting when OH pumps on me!

What do you fancy doing work wise?

Sorry for your losses. You sound like a strong woman though, who is happy to be yourself and do what you want. And 10 years at target is an amazing achievement.

I'm 40. Been married 14 years, with an 11 year old daughter and carer for my husband. I work in IT. A total geek, and worked for current company for nearly 18 years.
I am close to my parents, but am an only child these days after losing my brother 8 years ago.
No major health issues until recently, although I have been large since teenage years, although my weight has rather gone up and down over the years.
In my "spare" time I'm a Guider and do lots of crafts.
No tattoos or piercings for me.

It is lovely to hear about people's lives, adventures (and sadly their losses). It is amazing how many people craft, we could do with photographs.... xxxxxx

Bubbs will be in boxing you will all sorts of geek questions..:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
