    Hi all,

Just a flying visit to post -2lbs for me this week - at least I'm back in target range but my weekend is looking like it might match Merlins syn count last weekend! Ooops

Have a good Bank Holiday weekend

Well done orlao . Hopefully there'll be time to rein back on the weekend's excesses during the week. Enjoy it anyway.:)

Thoroughly enjoyed the Aldi curry. It's good to have an easy meal when I'm at home on Saturday evening.

Have dropped off DGD at home and have now been home a couple of hours. One load of washing done and out on the line; second load in machine. Weather is really good some should get both loads dried and put away this evening.

Had a good couple of days but very synful (as usual!). Only had a couple of syns so far today but plenty of time for more later:D. Will of course need to rein it back in during the week as Thursday will be my last WI before holiday for 3 months - can't wait to go:T

Green Tiger - I suspect your mayo was full fat so probably more like 5 syns than 1 (unless of course you have somewhere you can actually get the light stuff!). But was a good choice for eating out.

    Today's plan:

B - SW fry up + a slice of black pudding (1.5 syns - probably not that many but it's the smallest amount on the planner but I only had one small slice)
L - Ham salad sandwich, spread with LTL mayo instead of butter (0.5 syns)
D - Slow cooked shoulder of lamb with carrots & onions (from freezer); new boiled potatoes, cabbage & peas.

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - black pudding 1.5; mayo 0.5. Not sure what else yet.

    Back tomorrow.

Glorious day here too denise. :)

Portioned up the chilli for the freezer earlier. I plan in at least one HM ready meal each week, partly for when I'm short of time but it's also the meal that can be rolled over if plans change and we eat out unexpectedly.

I should be in control of food until Thursday evening when I'm going to a buffet dinner. It's in quite a good hotel so hoping there'll be some chicken or ham and perhaps salad bits. I'll be pretty miffed if it's all sausage rolls!:rotfl:

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, 2 boiled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham salad, veg & lentil soup (SP lunch)
D: HB steaks with mushrooms and onion, SW roast potatoes, swede & carrot mash, cauli, broccoli, braised red cabbage
    Syns: gin;)
