I wish O2/Be would get round to unbundling our exchange, i'm an O2 mobile contract holder so it would be very good value and from what everyone is saying the service is top notch as well. Shame there doesn't seem to be any plans to enable our exchange0

We went live last Friday, and the router etc was delivered on the Tuesday before. I got a text message the previous day to say it would be delivered, and I'm fairly certain (if my memory served me correctly) that it arrived by Special delivery.We’ve had to remove your signature. Thanks TractorGirl327. I did speak to them yesterday and they said it wasn't out for delivery yet. Just hope it comes today as I'm at work tomorrow.0 -
mine(well my Be* one) was delivered on a Saturday special Delivery by Parcelforce, was scheduled to go live on teh following Tuesday
that said if you have an existing router you can normally use that in it's place anyway, if it's ADSL only you can only get up to 8MB though, I've only used the provided roouter once just whilst they switched me from Dynamic to Static IP so i could check teh connection was OK before using my own router again0 -
Read on their website last night that payg customers would get the cheaper prices for BB now as well.0

My result is above..
I've been with o2 for about 3 weeks and i am disappointed with the speed, although it says 3.8mb it doesn't seem as fast as that..
I also get the drops in connection what people mention in the previous page..
I sent o2 an email monday but as yet have not had a reply but i have had a confirmation saying they have received my email.. I might just have to give them a phone call.0
