You have to log in to your Quidco account and see if the transaction has tracked. It may be some months before you get your £40 from Quidco.
  • Takes 2 months to get the £40 from quidco, placed my order with o2 like last week, and it shows payment in March.

Just ordered my package through Quidco, after ringing F2S for my Mac code, some 5 days after I requested it by e.mail!!!!!

Gone for the £10 per month package, and of course,it has been ordered through Quidco, for that lovely £40 bonus,so that makes my 12 month contract only £80.Sweet.

I'm planning to do the same as you, Ken. I got my MAC code from F2S via email within a couple of days, which surprised me as I had kind of expected to have to phone them. I'm new to Quidco though, so I'm just hoping the £40 cashback works out OK.

I've posted this on the "Freebies" section

I was onto 02 earlier with a mobile query and after that was dealt with they offered me Broadband for £7.50 on 12 month deal. I told them I'd think about it and agreed for them to call me back in a week.

Half hour later they called back and offered their standard 8meg package to me free for 12 months with no ongoing commitment except that after 12 months it goes to £7.50 per month. There's a 100 day get out period so I signed up.

Deal is only for today apparently

Got my confirmation letter from them today, with the notice that they will take my first monthly payment in a few days time, (Like others as you pay a month in front.) then lo and behold,I get an e.mail off F2S saying they will cut my package, effectively giving me 3 months free, but I'll have to sign a 12 month contract.

I'm guessing this is because they are/were part of Pipex, where 12 month contracts are the norm, whereas with the original F2S they were month by month.Needless to say,I haven't replied, because it is still worse than what I will be getting with 02.

I have also been told that my 02 should be activated on 7th Feb,so I'm expecting my box any day now.

Getting very excited.Let's hope that 02 live up to their expectation.

Today I ordered with BE but from reading this thread it seems that O2 provide exactly the same service without connction charges and at a lower monthly rate. Has anyone any experience of cancelling a BE order to go to O2? Thanks.

bear in mind with O2 you commit to 12 months of the service, Be only have a 3 month tie in which probably accounts for some of the cost difference
