BWLEGAL still adding on fake £60 charges.

    BWLEGAL ADD ON A FAKE £60 ?
In addition to the 'parking charge', the Claimant's legal representatives, BWLegal, have artificially inflated the value of the Claim by adding costs of £60 which has not actually been incurred by the Claimant, and which are artificially invented figures in an attempt to circumvent the Small Claims costs rules using double recovery.

I only just found this thread and I think it might be of use to me in my case - but before I read it cover to cover (and all links) which will take a long while, can someone just confirm that this is all still relevant? I have read quite a few threads but then got advice that they are often out of date. I end up getting excited about finally having a good plan of attack, and then have to start all over again!! It was that process which led me to this thread, which doesn't look as old as most, so hopefully it's a gooden but if not could someone please comment. Thanks very much.

Yes my letter of claim has a mysterious £60 tacked on!
Combatting the pandemic of BWLegal-19, one 'notice of discontinuance' at a time. :-)
