Beware Vecelli Home Improvements

Bobby&David
This company has traded under several different names. It is owned by {Edited by Forum team}. We bought a roller garage door [£1149.00] from Roller Door Installations which is majorly faulty. They do not respond to phone calls, emails or letters. We have reported them to Devon Trading Standards and Watchdog. We are now proposing to take them to court.
They are now trading as Roman Garage Doors from the same premises in Boreham, Essex. Their telephone number is 01245 361 676.

Hi everyone
Vecelli has asked for a right of reply. MSE doesn't endorse anything a company says on our Forum:
"My name is Paul Kelly, former director of this company and I am not going to deny anything that “Bobby & David” have said on this post. It is very unfortunate but they were on the end of a very bad service and I am truly sorry that they suffered. I know it is easy to blame someone else but this job escalated to the point where “Bobby & David” felt they needed to take the action they did and rightly so. Our mistake in this case was taking the word of our fitter at the time that he was resolving the issue when in fact he was not doing anything. Needless to say that fitter no longer works for us. “Bobby & David were fully reimbursed for the door – which we removed at their request. This case is not something we are proud of and is thankfully something that happens very rarely. We have install over 200,000 doors over the years and nearly all of our customers enjoy faultless operation of their doors. Where there is an issue we try to move heaven and earth to get it corrected."Could you do with a Money Makeover?

I had one of your doors installed which the wind blew in and your fitters claimed it was vandalism. A second door suffered the same fate and I had to buy a much more expensive door which hasn't blown in but is very noisy and jerky in operation.
You most certainly do not "move heaven and earth"!
And your policy of only taking cash payment is highly suspicious! If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
My name is Graham Kelly, Director of Vecelli home improvements ltd.
Regarding the RT show The mainstream media are driven by popularity and we live in a world governed by "likes" and "clicks" and in this case, TV ratings. I therefore bare no resentment to this persons review, as this person is falling into a thing known as the media trap. However, if you want the true and factual story, please take a look at the following video. https://www.youtube.com/watch v=BcAwcD7Q00U&ab_channel=PKellyWarranties“Official Company Representative

All Doors are made from double skinned Aluminium with foam insulation. We use 2 types of door lathe. 55mm compact for single doors up to 2500mm wide and 77mm for doors 2500-5000mm wide. All systems are wind tested, are certified and conform to all machine directives and EU legislation. I am wary of this post as statements made are completely opposite to our product and trading methods.
1. Door slats are not plastic, there are no plastic slats available for roller garage doors in the UK, all of our systems are made from aluminium metal.
2. All of our installers carry chip and pin card terminals and we only except payment via card or bank transfer. We ask clients do not pay cash as this represents a risk factor for our installers.“Official Company Representative

My doors fitted by Essati were PLASTIC, which is why they blew in twice. Essati would only take CASH payments.
Don't try calling me a liar, the doors blew in twice. Essati replaced them twice, first with the same product, then with a much thicker door. Both replacements plus 2 call out fees were at my expense.
Trying to deny the truth does not make you very credible. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
