Can I look, too, please, PN? It sounds like a nice house though I know you have become unhappy there of late. Thanks.

Thank you Lydia. Yes, I am struggling a bit atm and have to remember to close one eye when coming downstairs. Either eye will do! i'm currently wearing my glasses with the right lens removed. A lot of the time around the house it's easier without my glasses at all, but then i worry that my brain won't adjust if I don't have my glasses on all the time (can't see the computer screen without them yet, so leaving them off altogether isn't an option.)
I have a follow-up on 5th Oct and I hope I can have the other eye done asap after that.

There are some unhappy parents at DGD's school; it's 11+ time (the out-of-area one for the next-door county was today, ours is on Wednesday) and the SENCO requested "Special arrangements" in both tests, for 5 children (in DD's case this was for extra time and a yellow answer paper because she's dyslexic), . All were refused, except for one child in only one of the tests.

In happier news, we are getting a kitten tomorrow :)

Forgot to say, Sue, that looks a very nice car!

Thanks for the link PN. It looks like a well presented house and you've done a great job. Well done you!

I agree with the NP who've suggested that it would be good to get the EA to take pics of the other side of the kitchen, though, to indicate that there are more units than the ones shown in the two existing pics.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
    :)

He took the photo - but didn't use it.
There's clutter on top of the freezer, which I'd not spotted until he sent me the photos (but I didn't mention it) ... e.g. a couple of flasks, a plastic drinks bottle and some ice cream moulds lying down.

I'll mither him tomorrow to throw that in.

Thanks for link. You could take the photo yourself, perhaps, and email it to him. I agree that it needs to show other side of kitchen with wall units. Looks neat, clean uncluttered. I am puzzled though about how visitors access the front door.

All visitors must possess hands, so they can open the gate :)

Gates, fences, can all be removed, moved, left unlocked, left open, depending how people feel.

Personally I feel glad I can lock it while relaxing in my thong and T shirt, knowing that nobody can simply knock on the door to try to flog me double glazing or what not.

    .

Ah, but then there's the piranha moat to traverse, and the giant boulders to dodge, and maybe even the cannibal ferals to evade! :rotfl:

I like th house, Pastures, but I agree that it would be nice to see an extra picture of the kitchen
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
