    Thanks, Pastures!

Michaels, I think you're perhaps a bit hard on Pasture's house! I thought it looked very nice! Clean and tidy. It certainly gives people a very good idea of the house and garden.

I have to disagree about the carpets and the spaces in the kitchen. I really don't think those spaces have to be filled with anything, as it's obvious what they are for.

I suggest seeing what feedback comes from viewers. No point in faffing unnecessarily, as Pastures says.

The vases look nice, Pastures! :)

    :)

Unfortunately, the posh Scandinavian ones are hidden behind the crumpled curtains :) So you miss out on enjoying the sight of those...

You can play "spot the 2 litre drinks bottle" if you wish :)

    Bleak House! :rotfl:

What the dickens do you mean? :rotfl:

It's not bleak, it's minimalist! That's ok.....shows what the rooms are for, but leaves scope for imagination and imprinting one's own style on it.

    Cheers for your thoughts :)

Quilts do hang off beds, that's how they are/how you use them.
I've no idea what you mean by "folded"!

It's diffficult to get it looking how it looks "in the flesh".

I was trying to hide something dodgy with the bathmat ... that I've just "half fixed"

Curtains did turn out looking a disaster :) I wasn't present in that room when he did it .... I'd have opened them a bit more. Room was too small to get me and him in there ... and I was "all at sea" mentally having it going on....

Scream rental. Blimey. I'm not going out trying to choose new rugs, just to get the bloke back to take another photo.

Industrial - it is what it is, where it is and anybody will know well before they view what's outside...

I am not going to faff about getting big items into the house, for a short period, under lies... then get the agent back to take photos.

The PP is mentioned.... it's in the written details, not checked it online myself to be honest... I'll look again. EDIT: It is mentioned online.

Thing is, the agent knows what works well in this area ....

The agent thinks this house will sell mostly on location, catchment area of an outstanding school .... he knows what people say; he's been doing it in this area for decades, so really does "know the area and who has bought every one and what people are wanting". So, he's not a "wet behind the ears, clueless, gimp" like most are.

It all comes down to: so where do you stop....? I'm sure if I did all that, at great cost and faffery, there'd be something else you/somebody would point out.

Indeed, most of the photos he seemed to focus on "the stuff I bought in to dress it" - if I'd not gone out car booting it'd have been emptier.... as I possess no "lovely things" :)

Take the kitchen photo and remove what I bought: vases, flowers, clock, tablecloth. Now what've you got left? This is my world... a bit of an empty one.

Bed2: remove my faux bed, flowers/vase and art on the wall ... it's bleak.

Indeed, my sibling used to call my last house Bleak House :)

I was trying to be constructive, just looks a bit like you are trying to sell to a LL at present not an OO (perhaps you are). For example PP for a single storey extension may not be of much interest to a family (school) buyer who might really want a third bed but if there was a suggestion that 'possibly of extending 2 storey to the side subject to PP' then it becomes a 'buy a 2 bed and profit by adding bed 3 when we need it' house.
    I think....

Living room, shelving, top shelf, middle.

You can't see it's a drinks bottle. Even if I enlarge it, it just blurs, so you're ok! :D

PN, thanks for the link. I think it looks fine, minimalist with a bit of colour, very light and airy.

If I was going to suggest anything it would be that you have two photos of your kitchen, but they are both of the same side. What's on the other side of the kitchen?
Also could do with a photo of the downstairs loo, just because not everyone reads the blurb.

He took a photo of the other side, it's the oven/hob, 2 base units/2 wall units and fridge/freezer.

A downstairs loo is just a downstairs loo.... which can be seen in the floorplan. Maybe he just found it too boring :)

They only put on X photos I think.... not "all/every room and possible angle".

Agree on the downstairs loo, but think that showing you have more kitchen cupboards than you have shown would be a good thing. Without it I would think you only have floor level cupboards and no wall units.

The big plusses are corner plot with lots of space around, decent sized second bedroom, downstairs loo, End of terrace, set back from the road.

I feel cheeky asking but is there any possibility of a PM too PN?
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
