I hadn't realised how restful the hoildays are comparatively until term started again.

Next week Wednesday after violin lesson taxi duty in a 1 hour slot I am supposed to be in 3 different places 6-7 and then 2 different places 7-8. does anyone have a replicator?
    I think....

Looks nice, however my thoughts -
I'm not sure if I like how you have dressed the beds with the quilts overflowing off the bed - perhaps if they were folded?
Perhaps the curtains should be made to hang straight with the pools hidden under the bottom
It looks like you are trying to hide something dodgy in the bathroom using the bathmat - higher angle photo with no floor?
Similarly the bedroom carpets somehow scream rental - can they have a rug on top or even be more out of shot?
Similarly the gaps in the kitchen say rental - could you order a dishwasher and washing machine to put in the gaps then return them under a 30 day returns policy? Similarly with a small dining set?
The downstairs and outdoor shots look great except for the industrial unit in the background - I know there is nothing you can do about the fact it is there but perhaps you can leave it for people to discover it when they come to view?
I wonder if it might be worth mentioning that as well as the PP there might be scope to extend 2 storey stpp?
    I think....

The solution is to restrict activities.

    Cheers for your thoughts :)

Quilts do hang off beds, that's how they are/how you use them.
I've no idea what you mean by "folded"!

It's diffficult to get it looking how it looks "in the flesh".

I was trying to hide something dodgy with the bathmat ... that I've just "half fixed"

Curtains did turn out looking a disaster :) I wasn't present in that room when he did it .... I'd have opened them a bit more. Room was too small to get me and him in there ... and I was "all at sea" mentally having it going on....

Scream rental. Blimey. I'm not going out trying to choose new rugs, just to get the bloke back to take another photo.

Industrial - it is what it is, where it is and anybody will know well before they view what's outside...

I am not going to faff about getting big items into the house, for a short period, under lies... then get the agent back to take photos.

The PP is mentioned.... it's in the written details, not checked it online myself to be honest... I'll look again. EDIT: It is mentioned online.

Thing is, the agent knows what works well in this area ....

The agent thinks this house will sell mostly on location, catchment area of an outstanding school .... he knows what people say; he's been doing it in this area for decades, so really does "know the area and who has bought every one and what people are wanting". So, he's not a "wet behind the ears, clueless, gimp" like most are.

It all comes down to: so where do you stop....? I'm sure if I did all that, at great cost and faffery, there'd be something else you/somebody would point out.

Indeed, most of the photos he seemed to focus on "the stuff I bought in to dress it" - if I'd not gone out car booting it'd have been emptier.... as I possess no "lovely things" :)

Take the kitchen photo and remove what I bought: vases, flowers, clock, tablecloth. Now what've you got left? This is my world... a bit of an empty one.

Bed2: remove my faux bed, flowers/vase and art on the wall ... it's bleak.

    How old are the children?
Could they get themselves to some of these activities, now, even if only one way?

Edit......oh dear, certain old-fashioned tinned meat products.
Still, there's a remedy for that.
