    Did someone die? :D

    Or develop an allergy?

A Sweet and Happy New Year to all Jewish NPs :)

Guess what - we have a kitten :j He's black and white, and very sociable. DS's friend's household had an adult cat already, and wanted just one kitten as well, but due to a misunderstanding they found themselves with two kittens, so I said we'd have him; I would have had an older rescue cat at some point, but the local rescue centres will only let you have an indoor cat if you don't have a cat flap, which we haven't. Theirs is a busy household with three children; they are a lovely family, but I think our little lad is enjoying the quiet :D

It's about 3 years since we last had a cat, but it's like riding a bike, I reckon :D

You might get one eventually, but I can't promise. as I've no idea how to transfer them from my Android phone to a photo-sharing site, which I believe you have to do in order to post photos on MSE? (also, atm I can't really see properly with either eye to use the computer easily. I'm currently finding it very hard work!
Also I'm very wary of these sites anyway, as a few times I've gone onto one to look at someone's pic and found myself being offered a chance to meet, for example, a beautiful Asian lady  *

Oh, I suppose i may not need to use a photo-sharing site if i were to post a pic in the other place? i don't know!

Tbh a smartphone is wasted on me - I don'rt use the internet on it at all, though I suppose I might if I ever get around to getting a phone with a bigger screen :D

Kitten has got into the basket of newspapers we collect to take to DD1 for her guinea pig's cage, and gone to sleep :D

    * Or, indeed, more than one!

It's really easy with postimage.org ...you don't have to open an account or anything.
If you want to try it, I wrote some 'instructions' and could post them if you like.

Yes please, though I'm too tired to do it this evening. DS emailed the pic to me as well so it will probably be easier for me to do it by putting it into My Documents and go from there.

And I've broken my little toe by stubbing it on a big box of Persil (other brands are available), which we'd moved slightly to make space for the litter tray. How ridiculous to break a toe on a box of washing powder :o:D
