Have you got an M&S clearance outlet near you? They have 3 for 2 offer on newborn teddies at mo - 3 for £7.
I love Asda bears but they've changed the range lately and I just can't get them anymore.

    Shelley, unfortunately not :(

Went Asda at the weekend and they only had a bunny for £3.50 which is very nice, but a tad dear!

This site keeps popping up in conversation, I've not used it cos I don't shop online - don't know if anyone else has though?

    Hi,

It would definately be a great way of getting out there. The shopping day is exactly the kind of customer I would need to attract to make a decent profit. They're charging people £40 entry for them including lunch and a fashion show in the afternoon.
I've found a trade website tonight for soft toys and I've emailed them about opening an account but not sure if they'll agree to it as just starting up.
I've looked at John Lewis for sleepsuits and bodysuits and don't look too bad. I'm going to do a bit of thinking as to what I put into the cakes for an upmarket version.

Shelley I too read the candy bouquet thread! Was dying to see the photos of yours when it was done!

Hi Becs, do you have a next locally? have a look in there as they have some lovely things and also plenty in the sale. We went on Sat and spent over £100 in there  you can get a pack of 3 sleepsuits for £11 ish and the bibs etc are also fantastic. The cothes are great quality etc and good sizes (my LO is 16 months but we've just bought 9-12 month sleepsuits as she has just grown out of 6-9 month ones.)

  • Thanks for the information, I was wondering where that went. now i will share with my friends

    Hi,

Thanks for the suggestions for next and the like for clothing but think it needs to be even more upmarket, these are ladies that are usually selfridges and harrods shoppers if you catch my drift!

On the toy front our Asda has the elephants which are cute and they are 2 for £5.
