    Thanks Shelley,

It's 6 pairs of socks and the cost is £4.30, what do you reckon I should price them up at for the craft fayre?

Well if you charged £8 you would double your profit but you could possibly get away with more - they are stunning. Did you have a price in mind?:D

Yes I think that would be a good price - they will definitely sell for that and you will make a lovely profit xx:j

    Thanks Shelley,

Always useful to have an outsiders opinion. It's so hard to value your own stuff!

I'm really pleased with the red glass buttons but they were expensive. £1.86 for 6 but think they're worth it, even close up they look like real cherries! Also really chuffed with the muffin cases. definately better than the paper cases. That's what I love about all this, always new ideas and ways of improving things!

I agree the buttons look fab as do the muffin cases. Don't forget to post pics and one word of advice - have an early night the night before because you will be shattered by the end of it.:D:D:D:D

  • Well I had a very good day yesterday! I even found a shop here selling fleece blankets for 3 euro's !!!! (although they only had 3!!!)

And ...... I am really proud of myself! :D:D:D
I managed to pluck up the courage and drive myself into Murcia city (scary stuff, so many cars) ...... And --- I found the shopping centre I was after ...... wait for it ...... I went shoping in Primark !!!! Yippeeeeeeeee !!!
Then ..... I found packs of 80 nappies on offer for half price.
And then ..... my OH turned up and I followed him to IKEA (just as well really, dont think I would of found the correct route back).

I felt like I was shopping in England!!! (Didnt find a 'home bargains' though  ) So now I have plenty of stuff to get on with my nappy cakes (well, I hope so anyway).

  • I am having great fun here, my elastic bands are going 'ping' everywhere!! :p

Thought I'd try and do some smaller cakes, I have used ......
    14 nappies (size 2)
    1 vest *primark(
    3 bibs (primark)
    1 photo frame @ 1 euro
Do you think they look OK (sorry about my crap photography!!!)

I cut up a bamboo skewer and taped together in the shape of a triangle, in hope that it holds the photoframe up !!!

They cost 4.80 euro's to make, I was thinking of selling at 10 euro's ..... do you think that sounds about right?
