I'm just waiting for my little one to wake up and I'm off to Costco to spend money I dont have...only thing is its so easy to over spend there...so many things you want but dont in any way need!

Hi ladies, just asking for a bit of advice from you experts
I have been trying to draw up some new leaflets to hopefully advertise in a few windows (my last ones looked so crap).
I have some photo's, a write up about them, but what else do I say ???
Not sure whether to put an example of what is in my 1 tier ???
Or should I list all 1, 2 and 3 tier contents ..........
But them I thought that that would make the leaflet look a bit busy.
Should I put my prices on for each 1, 2 and 3 tier cakes?
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME, been sat at this computer for days now trying to work it all out, it's driving me nuts
Personally I would list the contents, if you keep it basic ... i.e 24 x nappies, 1 body wash etc. ... then for your ingredients tags on the nappies you can go more into detail. however on the bottom of the flyer make sure you put somewhere that you use top quality brands such as pampers etc unless of course you use someone elses lol you get the idea though ... keep the text small and light then it should look fineRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

Hiya,
I list all the ingredients for all my cakes and prices on my leafletas- which are more like brochures. I printed them on standard A4 and fold them in 3 (trifold). Ingredients and pics inside and contact info on back and a nice pic of one cake close up on the front. They have been really effective as I have had a few telephone orders through them as people dont need to look at the website and they are more likely to hold onto a brochure rather than a flier. I used Publisher to create mine.

Well I'm going for bread, milk, loo roll and beer not cake stuff lol! But do sometimes buy baby toiletries, wipes and nappies from there when there are no supermarket offers on. However last time i went for basic household stuff i ended up buying a pair of jeans, several cooking books and a frying pan set! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: nuts!0 -

Hmmm top quality ??? Still got some spanish pampers left - although they call them 'Dodot', maybe I should put a spanish to english translation on them! OK, I'll use them for my mates.A creative mess is better than tidy idleness0 -

I think I'll do some normal flyers for the windows and then have a go at the trifold ones.
Well, that is if DD forgets that she was going to look on the computer for peppa pig today!!!
Been doing some costings this week, and am really shocked at how little profit I have been making, I've been far too generous. So have now reduced the nappy quantities and taken many items out.A creative mess is better than tidy idleness0 -
