These are all really good, I'd love to have a go at making one but I don't know anyone who is having a baby and can't really afford to waste the money on supplies :(. I'm so jealous of you people :P.

A photo of him trying to put it away or a photo of the tent taking up half of the living room? ;)

I told him he was a clever cloggs at thinking he could get it away ... I was going to video him doing it to try and help Becs and shelley get theirs back in the bags! :rotfl:

Ohhh please video it it will probably attract millions of hits on youtube lol :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    RF,

I've sussed mine now, well dh and I have! It takes two as it springs open before we get the chance to get it back in the bag unless one of us is ready with it! They're certainly not the easiest!

I took a 3 tier pink in for a leaving present through work again last week and have just had another order for another 3 tier one. One of the guys in IT has just become an uncle and thought he should make the effort! How sweet! I wonder how many 20 something blokes there are out there that would buy a nappy cake!

Becs thats good news!!! Funny thing my brother's best friend rang tonight and ordered a 3 tier for April for his sister and he is 26!!! How thoughtful :D:D:D:D
It makes you go all gooey doesn't it??

The photo tent saga continues and I still cannot fold mine so detailed instructions would be great :p

I wish I could describe it! Still normally takes us a good few minutes of faffing before we suddenly click on how it goes!

Yeap it is sweet, can't imagine my brother ever doing anything like that! I've got another order for a 3 tier in feb as well and another in a couple of months, plus there's a couple more at work going on maternity in the next few months.

i live in a small town and no-one here has head of nappy cakes. i was toying with the idea of selling them and went down to the shops today to buy some "ingredients" for a couple i'm planning on making only to see a nappy cakein the newsagenst window - it wasnt tehre yesterday so i took a photo of it lol and just as i walked away it was taken out of the window and some woman walked out of the shop with it. i'm not being big headed but i think my cake looked loads better, this cake had nappies in a circle shape but they were not rolled seperately or even together but upright. what do you think? heres the picture

It's not the worst I have seen but definately not great. I definately think yours was much better. It's not one that I would find that appealing to be honest.
