Girls what fantastic advice and beautiful photos of your cakes.

been asked to do a couple of cakes but need to send them... Can you tell me how you mail your cakes and how the tiers and teddy don't fall apart???

Once I have constructed them will post photos for your thoughts..

    thanks again.. Turksx

Hi Turks, I ;pack mine in a cardboard box (the size I use is 12x12x18) then surround with air pockets or the packing peanuts. I use https://www.parcel2go.com to send mine as it works out cheaper to send via courier!

I have never had one fall apart before as when you cellophane them that helps keep it all in place and also with the air pockets/peanuts that also helps.

When I watched how they made them on YouTube they put a dowel through the tiers or a big wooden spoon.

Julie I see you put your sock sushi on in the end?

I've sat trying to kill some time tonight, came up with these. Not sure wether I should put them in a cake case or just leave them as they are and wrap with cello?

A photo of him trying to put it away or a photo of the tent taking up half of the living room? ;)

I told him he was a clever cloggs at thinking he could get it away ... I was going to video him doing it to try and help Becs and shelley get theirs back in the bags! :rotfl:
