To be honest Kizzy I find Asda the best for soft toys. I use Max and Milly bear on the 3 tiers and they are £3.50 each from Asda ( although seen to have sold out for a while). On the cupcakes I had a bargain - my friend went to Tesco and was frantically ringing me to tell me the beige and brown bears were reduced from £3.50 to £1 so she picked them all up for me!! Funny thing they were only reduced in this one particular store ! The snail I used on the cupcake was much more expensive as it is Nici - I bought this online from plushpaws for approx £5 - it is quite small but lovely. I tend to bulk buy when I go to Asda as they sell out very quickly.
I've had trouble getting cakeboards too recently my local Asda has completely sold out and has not had any more stock and I find them too expensive anywhere else so I resorted to buying the white card ones from Ebay.
I'm praying the weather will hold off for the festival as it is an outdoor event. Very nervous about it though as I have never done anything like it before. Been very busy this week ordering cake stands, business cards and poster holders etc.
My Auntie who also a craftaholic has made a stunning tablecloth for me. I will post a pic of it I am so thrilled with it - it has made me really excited :jLittle Miss Chatterbox

Shelley how much do you charge for the single tier?
I also sell these but curious as to how much you are charging for this one?
Kizzy if you have a Home Bargains near you they always sell the TY bears which are collectable and also they do a baby range in them which have the safe eyes etc etc (eyes and nose are stitched on rather than buttons etc which can fall off) They are £1.69 eachRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
