Perhaps the lesson you should learn from this is not to order stupid !!!! you can't afford in the first place.0

It's not the first time you've tried getting a refund on a very expensive order is it? What was the eventual outcome with Amazon when you wanted a refund on a "damaged" order for £190 of drinks?0

That was years ago and what's unusual about getting a refund for a damaged parcel? There are some very antagonistic people here.
This isn't about a damaged parcel. How many times have you asked for help in this forum? I bet it's not once.0 -

I'm not in the habit of trying to get super expensive freebies.
You've been very fortunate to get a refund in this circumstance. I'd expect your account to be flagged in case of future disputes (as Amazon did when they closed your account for abuse).0 -
Same here, but it's always helpful to know the truth before pointing. I'm glad you're taking the side of a tax dodging company. Do you have anything in common? Oh sorry, that has no foundation.

Because it was given free when I refused delivery due to a change of mind a few hours earlier, not after consuming it. Have you never swapped things in your shopping basket at the last minute?
The only mistake I made was assuming nothing could go wrong because it was a big company, and the driver had a kind nature, and 3 people were involved.
By the way I finally got a refund after 15 emails, 6 webchats, 3 phone calls, 1 Twitter message and a partridge in a pear tree.
Anybody else now even more convinced this is a wind-up thread?0
