Thank you
Some normality resumed. Youngest is in school, they are happy to put up with her wild behaviour (from the meds) and she seems okay in herself. Still wheezy and recessing but I guess that will be normal for us again for a while. So good news there, and she didn't cry! She couldn't wait to show everyone the not so nice pictures of her growing up in hospitalTheir work this term is 'all about me' Glad she's proud of her journey though
Middle one of to the city for her trip. Nervous but excited and even more excited I hung around to wave her off (Does no one do this anymore? I was the only parent!)
Eldest has man flu :rotfl: I guess I need to give him some sympathy
Back to work today for full hours. Just having a cuppa before leaving. My hours have changed slightly. We are 3 people down now until cover is found... Doesn't sound too bad but at full staff there's only 6 and the manager  Doesn't help 2 out the 4 hate each other and make it really awkward!
Not sure what for dinner this evening, mince will be involved and have loads of carrots and things need using as they are going a bit soft.
Tax credits goes in tomorrow but all of it will pay rent this monthbut better than being homeless
Have a lovely day everyone x0 -
Bless you Hidden I'm not a Mum but i can tell you it's definitely normal for parents to worry about their littlies going off on school trips etc, particularly when it's the first thing of it's type that they've done "alone" as it were! She'll come back buzzing with excitement about it all and you'll wonder why on earth you were concerned I bet!

Hope other DD enjoys her trip, she'll love it.
Poor DS, there is a flu bug going around.
Ouch to the akwardness at work, I hate a bad atmosphere.

Good to get the little one back in school and hope the school trip was fun.
Also hope your warring colleagues don't murder each other, or there'll be even more work to go around.

Finally five minutes to myself! Just having a cuppa.
DD had an amazing day on her trip. She was so tired though!
Smalls fed, bathed and tucked up and I got on with the housework. Took DS for his hair cut (£12 ) won't go there again
Photo day tomorrow, I really hope they turn out good it will be nice to have a picture of the three of them together. Something else to budget for.
Have swept up all outside. I'm sure there's only me that bothers  Although a lovely neighbour let me fill his garden waste bin because mine's overflowing I've done it that much
Have a small list of bits I need to get tomorrow, mainly fruit/veg but also some milk if it's on offer anywhere. Received vouchers from nectar so might do a Mr S shop and use them. Even with the £1 delivery slot £13 of free food can't be moaned at
Hope everyone had a good day x0 -

We normally pay £5-6 too. We were very last minute and needed it done before tomorrow so couldn't get in our usualI don't even like how it's been done this time either. DS says it's okay but not as good as normal. Lesson learnt

Bless you hidden that's rubbish. I hate spending money on something under par! Good job on the nectar points, I love how you adapt and can sort shopping from different vouchers etc.0

I spend ages planning my shopping
Aldi doesn't always work out cheaper for me because it's so far away the kids can't walk so its £12 in taxi/bus fare
Amazon pantry is becoming my best friend though so I can use the vouchers from surveys for cleaning things/washing powder etc. That's the only way I've got away with no real shopping this month.0
