I think that because there has been so much going on in your life recently you might be finding it difficult to settle. I'm a bit of a worrier and when I don't have anything to worry about I worry in case I've forgotten something. Does that make sense?
Great plans for next week's activities and meals. I was wondering if, since you're now claiming Income Support, you have to pay for prescriptions. Prescriptions are free in Scotland (where I live) now but before that used to be the case. Maybe someone can clarify that for youHave adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0 -

Morning HI, hope you managed to get some sleep.
I love how you have listed your weeks activities with the kids, looks like a fun week, I love the science museum in Manchester, Have fun!0 -
Hidden I like your plan for next week.
The science and industry museum , they do just ask for a donation but you are under no obligation. I took my grandson last week.
I am often awake at 2.00am , mine is my age . I find getting up and going to a different room and reading for a while helps then I fall asleep no problem.
Have a good day with your children .This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Thank you will check that out. I agree my mind just doesn't switch off, which is okay in the day I can clean and keep busy but at night I have nothing to take my mind of it
What would you leave as the donation at the science museum? I have no idea
Everything going as planned today, got most of the stuff done this morning so I'm sat waiting for Formula 1Kids have cornflake cakes and biscuits to make later. Currently they are decorating a huge cardboard box into a 'house' keeping them quiet though

Whatever you can afford and if you can't afford anything at the moment that's OK as well. The idea is that the science museum (and other places) should be accessible to everyone no matter their circumstances. There will maybe be people who go very often and don't donate every time. Don't feel bad if you can't donate this time, You can always give something on another occasion.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0

Unless the Income Support award letter has arrived by the time you collect your prescription you will need to pay for it and keep the receipt and then when the IS letter arrives you can then claim a refund.
Whatever you do, do not tick the Income Support box if you don't have the letter because when they check if you don't have a current award they will fine you £80.0 -
Thank you EE I won't. I'm tempted to pay the money to council tax and then pick my prescription up on the Friday.
Will see as it will leave 2p in the bankand that's scary :rotfl:
