Lovely news TOPGIRL, congratulations!
I'm just about to make a SW dish off the app, it's really tasty (in my veggie view). It's a veggie tortilla thing with peppers, red onion, sweet potato all roasted up with garlic and rosemary then added to egg and spinach with blobs of quark on the top. I like it cold for lunches so it will last me a few days. And it's free!
Really been sticking to it the last few days, hope I can keep it up xWeight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -
I've never thought of topping a tortilla or quiche with blobs of quark - will have to keep that in mind when I next make one, although it isn't very often as DH doesn't like them!

Just a quick post - congrats on the baby news Top Girl and well done on getting to target Abbafan :T:T
Shalla - can you please put me down for -1.5 last week and STS this week (blaming star week for inability to stop eating at the moment!)
Hopefully onwards and downwards!0 -
Hello all! Congratulations to Top Girl, and to Abbafan for reaching target! And SIX HEAs for breast feeding?! Think of all the cheese! Must have a baby ASAP.
I've been very off plan this weekend, mainly because of booze making me crave white bread. WI this morning and I'd put on 1.5lb since Friday, hopefully I can get that off again.
I ran 7 miles yesterday and walked/ran 10.5 miles today delivering campaign leaflets ... but managed to fall off someone's front steps in the process and although I managed to finish my 'round', I now have a very painful and swollen ankle. It's my half marathon on Sunday so really hoping I can still do it after all my training
