    Morning all,

    I have lost 1lb

Very happy with this as I've had the lurgy and haven't been paying too much attention to things.

Well done on your loss ABBAFAN, that is incredible and very motivating to hear. Congrats!

Thanks BUBBS, I'm on the mend now thank goodness. I have SW leftovers to eat today - I do love a day when I don't have to cook. We are having SW veggie chilli with jackets and salad tonight. Had it with rice and salad last night and it was lovely.

You are doing so well in your weight loss, I am so inspired by yours and everyone's losses and perserverence.

Have a good day all, try hard and if it gets to be a struggle just be careful to minimise the damage.

Btw Mugshots are 50p in Waitrose at the moment and the Alpro dark chocolate almond milk (long life) is 3 for £3 in Tesco. I swear by this, it's just like chocolate milkshake!

    Morning all

I've been gradually increasing my steps each day all week but didn't manage to yesterday as it decided to chuck it down in the evening when I was planning to have another walk. I'm going to make up for it today - DH and I are going to Exeter this afternoon and we'll log plenty of steps walking along the river, the quayside and up to the centre.

Well done Abbafan - how much have you lost? :T

Hi Lilly - welcome to the thread and well done for losing weight, even though it's not as much as you'd like. Feel free to ask any questions and join in the chat.

Well done to all the losers and hugs to anyone that needs one.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

    LL :)

I'd be interested to hear if any of you have done Weight Watchers online? I know this is a SW thread so I apologise if this causes offense. (I'm a big fan of SW i should add) but I fancy a change and was considering WW but wouldn't be able to get to a group. I can see that I could do WW online but it appears all you get is access to the app? I can't see that you get sent any books or other bits?

I only have Crunchies at home matches. So that's three in the past 10 days.:( Sky games away we go to the pub:D. Others I stay at home and batch cook with the radio. I know which is best for SW!:rotfl:

Lois is doing it at the moment FE. I think she signed up about 2 weeks ago. I'm sure she'll be back later to answer your questions.

Dinner is all prepped so I can sort it quickly this evening.

L: cold chicken, fried potatoes, pickled cabbage and any bits and pieces from the fridge that fry up with the potatoes.
D: HB steaks (onion and mushrooms), swede and carrot mash, SW roast potatoes and parsnips, cauli, broccoli
    Sybs: weekend wine!:j

Lost 0.5lb this week, which was unexpected after the birthday treats for OH but I definitely got myself back on plan straight away rather than taking a few days off so it obviously works :D

    Well done, Msm and shala.

I’m sorry result was not what you wanted, maman. BTW, I blame our loss on me changing my routine and not having my usual footy snack ☹ It’s all my fault!
