Enjoy your dancing Maman. I'm sure you'll manage not to eat non SW stuff, LOL!

Congratulations, Top Girl; hope you're pleased! We've had several ladies over the past year or so who have combined SW with pregnancy - they've all since had babies who are all gorgeous (but glad I can't have any more, LOL). I know they get extra Healthy Extras once their babies are born if they are breast feeding which all the current ones are - it's quite funny really once one starts crying for a feed they all seem to!

Hopefully you go to group so can discuss with your consultant.

Had a very lazy day.Was reading for alot of it-didn't get outof bed until nearly 2pm .
Food is starting to run down in the household,so it has been a bit of an eat whatever is in the fridge day, until I hopefully get to the shops tomorrow.

    Today's menu:
Breakfast: baked beans, followed by chunks of BBQ chicken (free)

SNack : piece of home-made chocolate brownie that 15yo daughter made, with a gabillion-and-plenty syns (will do the proper maths when finished here)

Tea: omelette with cheese (3 syns),tomato and onion, served with another tomato and lots of beetreoot

    Snack: strawberries

SNack now: 2 Hifi bars (HEB),HEA has been milk in cups of tea

EDIT: so I did the maths, and the entire brownie contained 261.8 syns :D,and my 1/16th was just under 16.5 syns. Not too shabby for a one-off treat.Thank goodness it contained eggs in it,otherwise the syns would have been huge,I say :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

Well done, esmy, bubbs (you are doing really well) and TG.

Thanks for all the footy thoughts, maman and tweets. I’m still fed up; I’ve avoided all the football programmes today in case it got a mention. And cake is helping. Oh well, at least I’m a loser!

Fab news TG. I hope you are keeping well.

Feeling on a bit of a high from dancing.

I did have a few syns from oil in salad dressings and a small piece of quiche. Not bad though, far, far less than if I'd stayed at home with a bottle of wine!:D

Last day of the season tomorrow so last Crunchie until August. :rotfl:

Hi everyone, Not posted for a while but just wanted to let you all know that I finally got to my target yesterday!

Am delighted with this and the hard part now is keeping it there.

    Have updated my signature accordingly!

That's brilliant news Abbafan! As you say now to stay there. It can take a while to sort out what you can have and still stay there but at least you get that 3lb either side to give you a bit of a cushion - which is just as well for me as I seem to be almost permanent in the top half of my target range! Can't remember when I was in the bottom half of the range but it certainly hasn't been this year!

Well done Maman for your choices last night. You're probably right about having had less than you would have for wine at home!

Going out for the day so today's plan isn't set in stone:

B - SW fry up (to set me up for the day!)
L - not sure but hoping I can find something SW friendly, perhaps a stall doing jacket & beans
D - Lamb tagine (HM ready meal from freezer so just needs reheating/couscous; followed by fresh fruit salad; quark & mini meringue (1)

Trying to keep syns low as there was plenty of wine flowing last night, LOL!
