parking_question_chap. Don't think you've posted on the SW thread before. Are you doing SW or WW?
Just wondered why you were questioning what LL is eating. For infro on SW Muller light is a Free food. I suspect on WW it is either free or very low points.

Tweets has joined in the challenge with STS orlao. Nothing wrong with using it to maintain. :T on getting to your target. That's really good to be the lowest for so many years. I'd suggest you still keep going with the plan but relax a little bit when eating out or on holiday. The official SW line is to have more HEXs but I prefer more syns!:D
I haven't tried the salmon recipe yet lois. MrsR has done, so perhaps she can comment. It does say thinly sliced for the veg though and you could always ping them first.0 -
Well done, losers – no names today as I may have missed some pages.
Hello, Squiggly Diddly.
Thanks for the recipe, maman and the suggestion Mrs_R.
Well, surprise, surprise (not) I put on 1.8lbs this week (counting as last of old challenge, shala, I refuse to start a new challenge, if I'm joining in, with a gain). I’m feeling a bit stuck. I did join a group the first week in January and have been going (except when I was on holiday, obviously). From then until the end of March, I have lost a whopping 3lbs. I keep reminding myself it is a loss. I meal plan – but don’t always stick to it. I go out for lunch and plan a light meal (lunch effectively) for evening – and then make terrible choices when I am out. I eat lots of free fruit and veg in and beside meals, plus bananas and grapes. I still weigh/measure my portions. It is easy to see where I am sabotaging myself. I will be out for lunch at least 3 times this week, including today, which was not planned but DH suggested it and we haven’t been out together since before I was in India. I chose a baked potato, with prawn marie rose (too much dressing but it all got eaten) and a bit of salad. Also I had a Dobbies reward voucher for my birthday (last month) treat for 2 cream scones and tea for two. I had meant to take a plastic box with me to save one, and share the other because they are huge, but I forgot. Oh well, it would have been just as many syns no matter when I ate it. I’ll be back on plan from tea time, but whether I manage to stick to the straight and narrow …..
So today was planned from what was left in house, as I was not shopping today
Breakfast: scrambled eggs on hexb toast with butter (3) – forgot the tomatoes and mushrooms were dead
Lunch (out): baked potato, prawn marie rose (?), lettuce, tomato, cucumber, dressing (?), giant scone with tons of cream and jam (1,000,000 syns); my plan was to have roast pork, lots of salad stuff, free dressing
Dinner: spaghetti with turkey Bolognese, salad, parmesan (1½ syns)
Snack: hexa cheese & grapes
Tomorrow
Pre-breakfast: banana
Breakfast: none – appointment in another town, then small amount of grocery shopping
Lunch: roast pork with lots of salad stuff (peppers, fresh beetroot, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, syboes), speed fruit (hopefully melon, to be bought after appointment)
Snack: hi fi bar (3 syns)
Dinner (family) sausages (LMcC roro for me if I can find them or Quorn or lowest syn I can find), beans, mashed potato, broccoli, melon
Snacks: hexb toast with hexa cheese
I really need to get my SW head on right. I am still not sure whether I should go back to group as I am just throwing money away, it seems – I’ve done less well since I joined than I was doing before! I don’t know whether I should join the challenge, as It is just highlighting how poorly I’m doing.
Sorry for the morose ramblings; I needed to put it down on paper to make it real for me.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Hi everyone
Thanks for the shiny new thread shala
I won't join in the challenge this time but I'll be cheering you all on. Ending with a gain has just annoyed me, I seem to do worse when I make goals and write them down, does anyone else do this? I am my own worst enemy sometimes!
I've been curious about WW in the past as I follow a few on Instagram who follow the plan, so hope it works for you Lois. I've just googled it and it seems to be cheaper than SW online membership, I'm quite tempted!
I'm being a bit self sabotagey again, TOTM is looming so I'm wanting to eat everything in sight and wanting to burst into tears at the slightest thing, the joys of being a woman!
Hope everyone's well

Hi everyone. I joined the old thread last week but didn't post much towards the end of the week as was busy at work.
Can I join the challenge please? I lost 3.5 lb at weigh in on Saturday, wasn't expecting to loose so much as I normally don't have a good loss straight away.
I would like to loose 1lb a week as I am a slow looser lol
Today I've had:-
B. Overnight oats
L. Pasta with tuna spring onion and tomatoes, mixed light mayo with ff yogurt for dressing
T. Low fat minced beef stew made with carrots, turnip, onions, celery and potatoes with beef stock cubes and a tin of tomatoes, had with broccoli and sweet potato mash
Snacks so far 2 x cereal bars, banana, pear, muller light chocolate fix layer desert.0 -
