Mrs R and/or Maman - which oriental recipe did you/will you use? There are absolutely loads online, all of which include honey which I'd need to buy if I want to use one of those recipes as I've run out!

I was planning to use this one as I have the ingredients in.
Oriental salmon (serves two)
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
Thinly sliced red pepper
Red onion
Soy sauce
Lime
Rice or noodles
Method
1. Place the salmon fillets on squares of foil.
2. Top with the red pepper and red onion.
3. Drizzle liberally with soy sauce.
4. Add a squeeze of lime.
5. Wrap tightly.
6. Place on a baking tray.
7. Cook in a preheated oven at 190°C (gas mark 5) for 20-25 minutes.
8. Serve with rice or noodles.0 -
Maman. Thanks for the recipe. I've copied and pasted into a Word document and sorted out the spacing, LOL!

I have got my first weigh-in tonight since going back to group. Will of course report back here.
I would like to set a target of 10lb.(I actually think I could lose a stone if I tried, but I suspect my weight-loss is going to slow down over the next few weeks,so will leave it at that, thanks shala)SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

I used the recipe that Maman posted - from the 100 days of extra easy book
(although forgot to get lime juice so I used lemon juice instead)

Afternoon all, hope everyone's enjoying the bank holiday. It's cold here and it rained all morning but it's looking a bit brighter now.
Welcome to the thread Squiggly , good luck with your weightloss.
Welcome back Mrs R, sorry to hear about your dad, how is he doing?
Maman - thanks for the recipe, does the pepper and onion cook sufficiently in the time?
This is my menu for today:
B: melon, berries, muller light
L: HM pea & ham soup, granary roll with 2 laughing cow triangles, kiwi & oangeM&S skinny sausages, ratatouille, actifry saute potatoes, yogurt.
That uses all my points for the day so snacks can only be fruit or vegetables and as it's shopping day tomorrow I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel on both fronts.
WW had better have a positive effect as its taking me ages to plan my meals and work out what I can have. On the plus side, I can eat any kind of bread (hence the granary roll), and as well as daily points I have enough weekly points for weekend wine :j.
Enjoy the rest of the day.

Interested to know if there is any specific reason having for the Muller light brand? Or is it just taste preference?
Was this the same with dinner?0 -
Thanks for the new thread
Could you put me down for 10lb please?10lb to lose & keep off in 20204.5lb/10lb:rotfl:0 -
Ooooh a shiny new thread
Thanks Shala, much appreciated.
This weeks weigh in resulted in a 1lbgain - not sure if it should be on this challenge or the last? I do lose track...
If it's ok I'd like to make my target 0lbs. Realistically I'm not going to be able to maintain lower than 11st longterm, it's at the high end of BMI for me but it's less than I've weighed at any point in the last 25 -30 years so I'll call that a win. In saying that, I'm finding that the slippery slope of extra syns are sliding in and it wouldn't be hard to find the poundage returning if I wasn't careful! Comes under the heading of no rest for the wicked I suspect
