That's a pretty sensible target. You can always change it mid challenge if you want.Zebras rock0 -

Thank you so much Shala. You're an absolute star!:A
Really pleased to hear that all is well with you, other than that you're overworked and I'm sure underpaid.:(

I feel like I am being Little Miss Nuisance today
You're not a nuisance!I've moved all your results back a week (I may have picked it up wrong at the start of the challenge) so hopefully it's about right and we're starting this challenge off correctly!
Thanks Shala, much appreciated. Im another one who has been doing the SW hokey kokey but im going to really try to stick to it this time.
I feel you ali, i'm fed up of myself now, but OH and I were discussing it earlier and even if we've maintained at least we've not put loads on... I think maman said something along the same lines a few days ago too. Wise words!
Thanks for all your concerns, you are a lovely lot. We have a new lady starting soon and they're looking into changing my pay/role so at least we feel a little more appreciated than we did at the start of the year.
As usual if I've thanked your post then I've picked up your targets.. i'm joining in this timehoping for a 10lb loss!
Good luck everyone xxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Evening all
Sorry I've been AWOL (again!) - work went crazy like it always does before a bank holiday, then I stopped tracking what I was eating, then I lost the plot entirely. Anyway, the result was a 3lb gain :eek:last Thursday, so that's my last weigh in for the last challenge, please, Shala. But, thanks for all your hard work with these challenges, Shala :T - it certainly helps focus me more than if I was "going it alone"! Really cross with myself because I didn't hit my target (and it was within reach two weeks ago, but the last fortnight was rubbish on my part!) and I only have myself to blame...
Right, drawing that line. Bottom firmly kicked, so back on plan this week, and feeling quite motivated again now. I would like to go for 14lbs again for this challenge, please, and this time I'm going to do it!
Today's menu was:
B: Crunchy bran (HExB) & milk (HExA)
L: Tuna & mixed bean salad (lettuce, Chinese leaf, cucumber, tomato, spring onion) with salsa, pickled onions & gherkinsSlimming World Thai Noodle salad... Absolutely disgusting _pale_ (good job it was free when I bought 3 ready meals!
), so had a Naked Noodle pot instead - much nicer! Then had a wrinkly apple chopped into Greek yoghurt. :rotfl:
Have also snacked on melon this evening...
Tomorrow's plan is still a work in progress - am currently trying to plan the rest of the week (at least up until weigh in on Thursday).

I know I don't post much but I do appreciate all the hard work, as well as the advice, that it takes to running this thread.
As for this challenge could I put down 9.5lbs I know it's a low target but that would take me to a total loss of 3.5 stones. (16.5lbs might be pushing it lol)0 -

Good to see you posting. I take a meet it or beat it attitude to targets so if you can do your 9 and a half that's great and any more will be a bonus. Go for it!!! How much more to target! (if you don't mind me asking)0
