Today's meals:
Breakfast: 2 mandarines
Snack: 1 apple
Lunch: chicken salad with carrots, red pepper,hard-boiled egg, baby plum tomatoes, followed by strawberries
Had a frothy coffee at a customer's house.Don't know the syns, but we discussed here a fortnight ago when I had asnother one of these, and it was suggested (by joedenise?),that it would have been most of my milk allowance. Also had sugar in it.
Snacks:chocolate rice cakes 3.5 syns
Tea: jacket potato with bacon, cheese (4 syns),chilli sauce (4.5 syns),egg mayonnaise ( 1.5 syns) and creme fraich (4.5 syns-just realised I had bought the wrong one: there is a 0percent Yeo CF,I bought 1/2 fat CF.Hmmm.Adding all that up,maybe I would have been better off,syn-wise,eating pizza with the kids .
Have been using skimmed milk HEA in cups of tea.
Will have my HEB with a cuppa in a minute (I said that last night ,too, but was so full I never got round to it.)SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

Thanks for the chart, shala, and well done bubbs for SOTW (1 x here and 2 x at class - wow!:T:j:T!).
Welcome to all newbies and congratulations to all losers.
Had a lovely birthday (with maybe a smidgeon too much cake - I took cupcakes into work...high in syns but my thinking was that they were a definite measurable portion size...but when I got there, they had also bought a large chocolate cake - oops!). However, fast forward 24 hours and I had a really horrible day - had to take my elderly cat to the vet to be put to sleep.
Didn't feel like sticking to SW on that day, so ate what I wanted...and it had syns...and I didn't care (and still don't!).
So, weighed in this morning and had ½lb loss, and I'm happy with that, because it has been a pretty difficult week, one way or another, and a loss is a loss, right?!
Tomorrow's plan is as follows:
B: Cheese (HExA) omelette with mushrooms and tomatoes
L: Leek & potato soupHunter's chicken with carrots, leeks, mushrooms, asparagus and celery - bit of an odd collection of veg, but its a case of "fresh veg that needs eating", and its all speed, so...
HExB: probably a hi-fi bar
Have a great Friday, everyone - its nearly the weekend!

Morning all
Reporting in with a STS this week.
Piglet - happy belated birthday, sorry to hear about your cat. (((hugs)))
Bubbs - well done! How much have you lost now?
Well done to everyone reporting in with losses and commiserations to anyone (else) that needs them. I haven't got any social events this week so I'm going to give WW my 100% commitment and also increase my BM. I've downloaded a pedometer app to my phone so I can record all my steps.
Happy Friday everyone - it's nearly the weekend - yay!

Good morning,I am a bit disappointed this morning it's not quite 1lb and I have really tried.
I have even been on my stationary bike ( I can only manage 10 mins with being disabled but at least it's something and I only walk slow but manage between 800 steps and 1,000 most days.). :rotfl::rotfl:
I am wondering if my medication has anything to do with me not losing.
I take tablets for my diabetes and for Blood pressure , and one for iron.
About 12 per day.plus any pain killers..
Hope everyone else has done well big hugs from me you all x0 -

That's Great, much better than a gain!
Well done on the exercise.curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
Morning everyone.
STS for me this week - actually a very tiny loss (my scales weigh in decimals) but I don't count it unless it's a half pound or more. Had a couple of off plan days including a sudden biscuit craving evening, and an impromptu meal out at a local pub. This place is high on a hill so there are very few days when it isn't too windy to sit outside and Wednesday was one of those days. I really enjoyed it so it was worth it, despite the syns in best bitter!
1 more week to go before my holiday so I need to plan meals for the week and shop for those today - at least Aldi's super six is a bit more inspiring (thanks Bubbs for posting that, and very well done on your brilliant progress).
Joedenise, is it you who makes scotch eggs from Linda McCartney sausages?? Could you tell me how you do it? Fancy having a go.
Well done to all losers, especially those new to SW.0
