2 1/2 lbs off this week. Really surprised as ate a huge bag of peanuts before realising I'd eaten weeks worth of Syns in addition to my regular. Do Others have a cheat day? To compensate I ate a lot of speeds and protein.

Congratulations Bubbs, that's a great loss!

Well done Ruthy, Missli and bubbs (superstar!).

Can you please bottle some of what you’ve got, bubbs? This is the longest spell I’ve gone ‘off the wagon’. And I seem to be hungry all the time! And I am tired (been gutting some rooms). NB I am eating my SW plan with tons of veg and I am still ravenous. Tried drinking water, but it only made me want to go!

    Carpet fitter coming tomorrow am.

And so say all of us!:T

Is it HM soup Ruthy ? There are heaps of free soups you could have. My favourite is lentil and veg but if you're happy with what you're doing then no problem.

I ate out with friends tonight. Gastropub type place but another going downhill. Had steak with mushroom and tomato but chips were like fries from Iceland. Meal was better (and half the price) in the Greene King pub on Tuesday. :(

Line drawn. Back tomorrow on plan.
