Hi all, well done all you losers and congrats on 2 stone Cazza!

B - Toast and butter in a greasy spoon. I'm going to assume it was WM and not just brown and call it HEB+7.
D - Tuna salad - grated carrot, pre-packet smoky grated beetroot (1), cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, balsamic vinegar.
    T - Curry from freezer (1)
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - Bread
Syns - 9 as above plus 2 for sugar in coffee and 2 for hot choc = 13

Also running 5/6 miles tonight. Hopefully no falling over.

Well done on a brilliant loss Cazza.

1/2 lb off for me last night. Disappointed, but probably fair.
Unfortunately I couldn't stay to group, but really needed to for some motivation. Determined for a good loss this week.

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - Overnight oats
    Lunch - HM pot noodle
    Dinner - Frittata
Snacks - fruit, Skips and marshmallows (nicely toasted on a wood fire :) )

    HA - milk
    HB - oats
    Syns - miso (0.5), Skips (4.5), marshmallows (1 each)
I'm not having the chocolate digestives that should sandwich the marshmallows in to a smore, and I am going to be trying to limit my marshmallows to 2
    :T:T:T well done

Thanks for that topgirl. I obviously didn't remember correctly. It's not something I use myself as I have access to synsonline and would willingly look up values for those going it alone.

Hope you really enjoyed your Indian meal denise. That's infuriating about the white bread. I don't even like the taste of it. What a waste!

I also just use Syns online and would be happy to look up syn values for anyone who asks.

The Indian meal was absolutely gorgeous! We went to Indian Essence in Petts Wood (it's an Atul Kochhar restaurant). Nothing was really spicy but really flavoursome. Quite reasonably priced and reasonable sized dishes. Will definitely go back again for a special occasion. Definitely not an everyday restaurant!
