That's a great loss saver upper. Well done!:T I know we always expect a regular weekly weight loss on plan but it doesn't always happen that way.:)
I'd call those steps a real NSV kathrynha.:T I think you've done really well to persevere in this challenge what with coming to terms with diet restrictions and your holiday planning going a bit pear shaped. I totally agree that if you gave up you'd far more likely gain and that's very disheartening.
Meant to ask greentiger what's the basil and balsamic vinegar? I just wondered why it had syns.
I'm not sure what I'm doing at dinnertime. DH is getting his own as I'll be out and about. I've just written down soup but I may have it later tonight when I get home. If I'm hungry while I'm out I'll pick up something low syn from somewhere.
Like you I know I have to be over syns this week denise. Partly the stodgy meal I had out last Friday and increased wine syn consumption over the weekend. I've definitely decided to go to WI on Thursday as I feel I may need a drink in the evening.:D
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, mushrooms, tomatoes, fried egg, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold chicken, fried veg and pickles (same as yesterday but I really enjoy it)lentil and veg soup
Syns: none planned0 -

Hi Shala and everyone else, I'm still here!
Just had the busiest half term for 5 years and feeling decidedly frazzled as a result. I had a half term holiday from the plan too and haven't weighed myself since the 2lb gain debacle, so I'm happy to have a blank on the chart. We have a bumper week of SOTW's :T:T:T
Joint SOTW* award goes to.... :T:j:TBUBBS, GETTINGTHERE AND SHIPROB:T:j:T with a loss each of 2.5lbs!!
Congratulations!

What was the sauce Beanie?. I always find the ones made with yoghurt curdle when you cook with them. That's what happened when I made the summer veg lasagne from this month's magazine. Looked revolting but tasted OK but binned the LOs as didn't think it was worth freezing for another day. Certainly won't be using yoghurt in a sauce again!
