Hi, I was looking for more information about this supplier. Is it possible to get the tariff Top Shopper 2020 Issue 3 ?
For me looks like an old tariff and I can't see it in the website.

It's still listed through energyhelpline, but to see it you need to click 'filter my results' and then select 'show me all generally available plans'

Make sure you understand how powershop operates  before signing up. Absorb all the info from their website and ask questions here.

Mustachio Pack also 35% for me too after double checking ( I’m glad I’m not the only one who can’t tell the difference between 30% & 35%). 

Still no new tariff from Powershop despite their saying it’s “Under Review” as reported last week and they still won’t quote for 2020 v3 and presumably are not accepting new customers.

Is it me or has anyone else noticed that the "monthly" review has been "Stretched".
My review date is usually the 2/3/4 day of the month.
For November it moved from the 7th to the 14th, then the 16th and is now 19th?
What's happening?
Have I missed some notification to say why?

Same thing happened to me in November last year and I ended up with 2 reviews at the same time in December. Interestingly my normal review date was the same as yours. I’ve just had my review this year and it was on time so hopefully you’ll get yours.
Could it have anything to do with your dispute?
