    As usual, there is no help from my gp who doesn’t support this program.  For him it’s about doing what the consultant says so he doesn’t have to make a decision.

  • So so true SSG. Well, all I can say is TGIF.  It’s been a tough week and I’m hoping to have the weekend to regroup. Yesterday’s crisis was being unable to get sufficient signatories to sign off on the salary cheques. I got home around half eight. I just want to get through today and will also hopefully have a cheque signed for me.  
    I am providing a taxi service for our part time chef so need to get going.  Today I am grateful for
    having my 21 day sb target in my sights
