What a terrible week! Especially all the stuff with the car.
I'm glad things are sorted with your daughter though, that's a real step forward even though she not paid all the money to you. It also sounds as though she's financially aware, what with her car costs.

Poor you! That all sounds dreadful. You have so much on and no one can cope with everything and concentrate on weight and health. I am the last one to talk about weight as I have put back everything I took off a couple of years ago and have just eaten 5 lindor chocs with coffee after lunch.
Do be careful with the diabetes though.
Perhaps it really is time to ditch the low paid stressful work in favour of the higher paid stuff. When you started didn't you think you'd just stay for x months rather than indefinitely?
Good on dd. Hope the car is fixed at minimum cost.
Be well,

Well I got my car back yesterday and the service they agreed to do, hasn’t been done. I didn’t even try to raise this with them as I know I would have ended up crying. I ended up having to go back to the client at half nine last night and got home around 11. I am tired and have a busy day today.
on other more important matters, dh increased the dog’s exercise yesterday and she coped well. Also, we made pancakes last night which were good.Today I am grateful for

Yesterday went okish bar our chair sending out a letter that still had its track changes. It was a late one as I’d promised another client something then forgot about it so needed to clear that last night. DD phoned for a catch up and to give off about her father. In a way, I’m glad that she’s seeing just how useless and selfish he is while wishing that she didn’t have to see that if you know what I mean.
on mse news, I was going to purchase fish and chips for dinner last night but the chef at the client had made extra so two were bought from there at less than half price and much better quality than from the chippy.Today I will be running between meetings but hopefully this will work well enough.Today I am grateful for

Know what you mean about the DC seeing the truth about their Fathers.. it can be upsetting and I now know where the saying comes from: the farther away the better!!! MY ex did well in that respect. He !!!!!! off to Australia!I Believe.....
