 to your fall! Hope you're not too sore!
Try googling flylady's crisis clean if you're worrying about your visitor, although if a good friend, I would think that the way your house looks wouldn't really bother them.:)Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I know beanie. I don’t know how you keep going. No damage bar a skinned knee and a skinned elbow. I’m like a four year old. I have just mentioned to dh that I have a friend coming in less than 2 hours. This means he has no opportunity to flap as he will need to find his own way into work while I run around giving things a quick tidy up. I cleared stuff from the living room last night so it’s close to presentable and 20 mins in kitchen will go a long way.
My client got a bit of a windfall yesterday that needs to be spent within a week. I can do this! It’ll need a fair wind and co operation from staff and from another client but fingers crossed it can move forward.
Tonight I am going for reflexology and I’m in two minds about this but i will give it a go. I heard that I was unsuccessful in my job application. I also heard that the person for whom I suspected the requirements were written, is through to the next stage. I know this as her husband asked for my help in prepping for this. It’s such a corrupt system but they are friends so the help was given. I need to move on.
Today I am grateful for

Reflexology was great and I slept like the dead afterwards. Got hit with another body blow yesterday evening from the client’s funder. They have accused me of ignoring a conflict of interest. Today we have an insurance inspection.
My friend came for coffee and pancakes yesterday morning and chocolate was consumed. She pitched in and has tackled one client issue for me which was great. However another client needs stuff done urgently which is difficult right now.
I’m going to head in earlier than usual and see what I can get done. Today I am grateful for

I think you'd be the last person to ignore a conflict of interest. Hope that sorts out favourably.
It can seem as though there's always something coming out of the blue (my work is like that at the moment) and we never get to the point of everything being right at the same time. That's dealing with humans, I suppose, and if the humans are all neatly falling into place, then something goes wrong with the physical environment. How lovely of your friend to help out and resolve a section of it for you.
Equally great to have a good night's sleep - that invaluable rejuvenator that's worth more than money! Sounds as though the reflexology hits the spot (pardon the pun).I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

I hate change. I ran away and hid from my diary because of the new format. I’m starting to get my head round it so here I am. The week progressed in a consistent fashion. Yesterday I had to miss the rugby to go and broker a peace settlement between two staff members. I was also able to get file reviews done.Financially things are tight. We will be into the current account buffer zone this month which makes me nervous. DD was due to repay money at the end of January but there is no mention and I’m concerned that she may not be able to afford things. Another discussion needs to be had with dh. He actually worked through our finances, in a separate book from the one I use, why?, and reached a position that is fine but it is after he has topsliced his monthly spends but hasn’t allocated any to me.Yesterday I got a haircut and colour that will push our current account funds further down and I have another appointment that will need funded next week. I’m thinking of not mentioning anything until he asks and then pointing out the disparity. On the plus side, while I was in the hairdressers, I was able to work out an invoice that just needs typed up now.Yesterday I did a top up shop that came in at under eleven pounds. We will need more but I need to see what we have first. Today I conversed with mr wii. I’m slightly done but still at 13st 5lbs keeping my bmi in the obese category. Still, it is what it is. The one thing years of yo-yo dieting has taught me is that attitude is everything. Right, that said, I’m off for a big dirty fry.
today I am grateful for
everyone being safe from the storm
yesterday’s rugby result
