 to your fall! Hope you're not too sore!

Try googling flylady's crisis clean if you're worrying about your visitor, although if a good friend, I would think that the way your house looks wouldn't really bother them.:)

  • I know beanie. I don’t know how you keep going. No damage bar a skinned knee and a skinned elbow. I’m like a four year old. I have just mentioned to dh that I have a friend coming in less than 2 hours. This means he has no opportunity to flap as he will need to find his own way into work while I run around giving things a quick tidy up. I cleared stuff from the living room last night so it’s close to presentable and 20 mins in kitchen will go a long way.

My client got a bit of a windfall yesterday that needs to be spent within a week. I can do this! It’ll need a fair wind and co operation from staff and from another client but fingers crossed it can move forward.

Tonight I am going for reflexology and I’m in two minds about this but i will give it a go. I heard that I was unsuccessful in my job application. I also heard that the person for whom I suspected the requirements were written, is through to the next stage. I know this as her husband asked for my help in prepping for this. It’s such a corrupt system but they are friends so the help was given. I need to move on.

    Today I am grateful for

Assistance above and beyond what’s expected

    Enjoy reflexology.
If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

    Emergency fund 800/1000
    Buffer fund 0/100
    Debt Free (again) 25/072025
  • Reflexology was great and I slept like the dead afterwards. Got hit with another body blow yesterday evening from the client’s funder. They have accused me of ignoring a conflict of interest. Today we have an insurance inspection.

My friend came for coffee and pancakes yesterday morning and chocolate was consumed. She pitched in and has tackled one client issue for me which was great. However another client needs stuff done urgently which is difficult right now.

I’m going to head in earlier than usual and see what I can get done. Today I am grateful for
