Concert sounds good. :) I'm sorry to hear work was a bit of a waste of time, that's always irritating.

I hope the massage is relaxing. I'm just a teeny bit worried about you and feel you deserve something nice. Look after yourself. :)

  • So pleased you enjoyed the concert. DD saw him last week and was raving about how great he was.

I hope the vet manages to help the furry one and that you got to meet up with your friend.

  • Met my friend for lunch. It was the lady who went through a hellish time with cancer a few years ago. Her health is good. Got very little done for work bar the solicitor meeting and some banking. Today I have a funder’s deadline to meet.

Went for my treatment last night. It was amazing and cost less than expected. Have booked the other three sessions for before my holiday. Right, I really need to get a move on.

    Today I am grateful for
    A good night’s sleep
    An amazing treatment
Being able to help another charity

  • After work I purchased Epsom salts as directed and soaked in the bath. I also went searching for Halloween goodies for the client but found nothing within my price range.

It was late by the time I got in so my screen time was minimised by the need to soak in the bath. I’ve decided that the next bath that we have installed will be deeper. DD has booked to come home this weekend and typically, her vet is on holiday so she is taking the furry one to the relief vet. She just assumes that things will dovetail with her arrangement without checking in advance. However, the main thing is that furryface is looked after. The client chef sent her home some leftovers that replaced her standard dinner. She was happy last night.

Today I need to get more client stuff gathered up and sent off. I need to follow up with other client bits and pieces so I need to get a wiggle on.

    Today I am grateful for
Getting a fairly large invoice issued
    Unexpected assistance
    A vote of confidence

Isn't it nice to have the work chef on side? :)

Glad you have a couple of work positives.

I think Epsom salts are great: I don't know how they work but they do.
