Sorry to hear about the fridge and even more so the shoddy customer care. Hope you get sorted soon.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

So, latest on the fridge. I was emailed a customer satisfaction questionnaire to complete - what fun. I have subsequently received two texts in spite of advising that I was only to be contacted by email. Another data protection issue bringing the number to 3 over one transaction. I will be reporting this to the ico.
Yesterday was the day from hell and is over. Significant progress on the tax return and dinner from kfc were the two high spots. I can’t even start to talk about all the other stuff but it included my mother, my siblings, my dodgey finger tips, etc, etc.
Today I am getting ready to get to that client for an hour or so. Breakfast has been eaten from what was in the house. Casual clothes will be the order of the day.
This evening we must make use of a soon to expire house of Fraser voucher. At least that’s something nice to look forward to.
Today I am grateful for

Yesterday I went to the client. Spent 2 hours then came home and didn’t unpack my laptop. 4 in a bed and call the midwife were the order of the day. Some groceries were needed so I went to the local co op armed with my list and spent £22. DH used some of my purchases to make the ham and mushroom risotto that we had for last night’s dinner.
Last night it took for ages for me to get to sleep. I am tired but need to go to a client. I also have to show up at the c25k this evening. My signed for letters should be delivered today. Wonder if I will get a response.
Today I am grateful for
