Take a deep breath INOD, then make a decision as to whether or not it's worth it to you to stay there. Only you know the true cost of it on your health and wellbeing. If you decide to walk away it's their loss, so DO NOT look on it as a defeat. Financially I'm sure you will soon fill the gap, and whoever that's with it can't possibly be as bad as this toxic one. I’ve given the trustees a week to get things sorted then I’m off. Apparently there are covert recordings of my phone conversations etc. The thing is, she delivers poor work and now I can’t say a thing.
On the plus side, there have been some incredibly supportive conversations.
So, I’ve issued another piece of work with full report to go today. This will bring in my biggest fee of the year and dh did most of it for me. Dh has a course today so needs to be away sharpish. Better get going. Today I am grateful for
