They deleted it because they thought I should go to the GP which I did.
That doesn't make any sense - much like the other thread that was deleted!

Don't worry about what your brother has or hasn't got. Concentrate on improving your chances of getting a job, girlfriend or whatever. Envy is a negative trait, you have to be positive.

Be happy for your brother he would be the same for you. If you are real then you need an attitude check and change. Your not going to get things because you stamp your feet and have a big tantrum like a two year old.

I know a guy with autism and he doesn't act like you when he doesn't get what he wants

Autism really isn't any excuse for the behaviour displayed unfortunately and everything points to a wind up but if on the small chance its a real then try develop your social skills.

They are going to hinder you until you learn how to deal with social situations, yes. Those training schemes that you think you're too good for would give you those skills.

Does your counsellor specialise in autistic disorders? Telling you to just smile is pretty useless advice.

i don't think im too good for training schemes. Also he tells me i have to learn new techniques to keep calm. I know it didn't work this time but for the majority of the time it does, i haven't gotten cross like that for a couple of years now and that is a big thing for me

Don't give up Sam. Perhaps you could use this time to develop other skills which will look good when you apply for your next job. I recently came across some cheap online Microsoft Office training courses which might help: :spam:
