Thanks enthusiastic .
Virgin in my area is supposed to be the best for broadband also, and one of the dearest as you say . What I found with Bt was their broadband was poor ( especially when it rains ) . I only had one phone socket in my last place and Bt were vague as to how much the exact cost would be , and how long it would take an engineer to attend if I wanted another one. Bt sport was good when it was free .
I did have virgin visit mr on two occasions , but they said the job could not be done . Strange really , as on both occasions they told me it could be before they sent the 'engineers ' out .
They did send 2 'engineers ' out on a Saturday afternoon drugged up and drunk out of their eyeballs . I got my fee refunded on the MondayI'll leave it there

So I had multiple frames delivered by amazon . All good .
Silly me , ordered 6 that are too small. My fault entirely .
The others seem fine . I just disposed of the brown packaging for each one ( including a large mirror from wilko), as my bedroom was looking like a dumping ground . The recycling people are due to collect on Friday . I had no choice but to put the boxes to the side of the bin . I've asked the seller if I could part exchange and hopefully buy the correct size . All part of the process of me getting settled I guessThe frames have been with me for about 2 weeks , so I may not get anywhere . We'll see

Went on a mad purge in bedroom . It was getting like a dumping ground .
Will be putting plastic crates on Ebay soon . 8-10 at least . Then I have to decide if I want my (19") tv in there . Also have to decide what kind of music system to get for there . Shouldn't be too difficult to decide as we live in a compact world . Speaking of music, I may offload my amp and speakers on fleabay also . Won't get much, but I'll have space.
James is probably on his hols. He has a job or 2 outstanding . I may have another couple of small jobs also. I may give him a shelving unit which was unexpectedly given to me last week. I'll probably text him at weekend .
Tomorrow , heavy rain all day according to BBC weather app.
It means no gym , but plenty of time to tackle the boiler room . That needs to be sorted ..hopefully by this time next week. No dentist either tomorrow.0 -
Hi AC and everyone.
Is it raining? It is here in Suffolk. I've just had a good old tidy up and am trying to de-clutter, there's still a long way to go but I'm trying to keep calm about it. Us humans have so much wastage it's terrifying to think of it multiplied all over the world.
Charity shops can be a good place for frames AC- I got three large ones the other day, beautiful wood, for £10.0 -

Hello worrier &all
Thanks for that . I have received an email telling me I can exchangeI know the kind of frames I want , and all I need is to get the biggger version .
Yes, it's tipping it down here all day . I managed to nip out yo the chippy at lunchtime and Sainsbury's in between going through 17 box files .a huge dent and relief that I kept to my word and never put it off . Trouble is , I now have to put the empty boxfiles somewhere .
Obviously, most will be thrown away . I'm trying tipo box clever and get rid of as much recycling as poss as the recycling guys are coming on Friday morning . If the weather tomorrow is gonna be the same as today , then the gym will be put back to Friday .
A very therapeutic kind of day .0 -
Just been back from the gym . Managed to get my 2 full up black bin liners full of paper into the recycling bun. I'll break up most of the boxfiles and put them into tomorrow's empty bin .
Will look into the boiler room later and see how much space I have made and assess the situation . I have a coffee table full of stuff retrieved from the empty boxfiles that is best kept. I'd better tidy that up later. Can't have the main room of the flat looking like macalpines .
I have a text from the tea lady from where I used to work..yes that place ! I won't respond . She is obviously bored, and makes morrissey seem like Tim vine in comparison . I may put those crates on fleabay later. Normally I do Sunday selling, when I do. Beet to get rid sooner than later0 -
Doing well in the getting rid of useless paper then AC. Good for you. I need to tackle the gym either today or tomorrow too but doing pension forecasts/planning instead.
