sensory education - cheap disability aids

Since 9th march this year, " sensory education" have been using a French IT company called "verified-reviews " to arrange reviews on their website .
As for the name " verified-reviews" it seems that retailers could have signed up, sent them a " list" of 300 of their customers ..... hmmm..
I noted one of the reviews just said " I've already done this!"

How retailers are using this obscure French company to get visible star ratings linked to google:
"Verified-Reviews gives each new Client the opportunity to try The Solution for 15 days free of charge and without commitment afterThe Client has registered on the site http://www.verified-reviews.co.uk/ and uploaded a file containing information about its Customers and their orders. This file must include the name, email address, number and date of order of Customers included in the test. "
So , not verified at all then
" The Customer must accept any type of evaluation after the transaction. It will be able to refuse and answer if it seems unjustified.
****Customer shall in no case generate false assessments through false orders, fake comments, or any other manipulation. It must also not prevent negative evaluations by diverting features of the solution ***
So it appears the customer( the retailer) is able to generate false assessments, but shouldn't.
How reassuring...not..0 -
Finally for some reason " sensory education" refer to themselves there as " Sensory Eduction" :T
Thought they might like to know as they are following this thread.0 -
An amozon review though it doesn't look like hey are active on amazon any more for some reason....
Awaiting refund over 2 weeks now. Returned via royal mail tracking. Item not as described functionally or aesthetically and parts did not work. No response at all to any correspondence so have emailed Amazon cust.serv. Poor service and disappointing, especially for my son...not a great response however factual and true, it's sad to say. Wouldn't buy from seller again.0 -
Hello all I'm another customer who was ripped off by this dreadful company back in Feb 2017 I didn't receive 2 items and 1 item I did receive did not look like the item that was advertised on there website!! I was able to do a charge back for missing items then they were quick enough to respond with threats of court and I've since returned the 2 items I didn't want and they refused to give me a address so found it on companies house now they won't refund me I've lost £45 and it's been so disdressing that I've cut my losses but I've done my research on them and it's disgusting how they are still getting away with it!! Just wish I know how you can close this company down again,it's against the law to steal and that's what they are doing is stealing vunrable people's money and getting away with it!!0

Anyone who knows the law who can answer if this addition to their terms and conditions is illegal?
https://www.cheapdisabilityaids.co.uk/terms.asp

And
"Please note performing a charge back is not an acceptable cancellation process, any charge back undertaken outside of the schemes remit of failure to deliver goods, or damaged goods will incur a charge back!processing fee of £20.00 plus VAT plus interest chargeable at 8%"0
