I wasn't charged for using charge back and Nationwide were great I provided them with all the emails and letters showing them I tried to resolve it and they got my money back from them but I had 2 seperate issues I never recieved 2 items and I also wanted to return 2 other items and because it was 2 separate issues they went for the most expensive and those were the missing items!!
I returned the items back though and phoned them to tell them but they won't give me my money back for those and it's not worth taking them to the small claims court!! Just wish they would get investigated again!! And they shouldn't use those logos on there website!! 😡

I've tried warning people they have blocked me on Facebook from commenting that's so frustrating as they get a lot of customers from there! Oh and I was threatened before on Netmums for what I wrote so I had it removed as I haven't got proof they appeared on Watchdog so I re-wrote it and just hold them what that company had done to me and to do there research on them!!
I still can't believe they get away with this!! 😡

Solicitors letter sent to sensory education by the national autistic society

"Complaints about sensory toy and equipment company (12 June 2017)
The National Autistic Society has been contacted by a number of families with concerns about Sensory Education (cheapdisabilityaids.co.uk), a company which provides toys and equipment for children with sensory needs. They reported bad experiences with the company and alerted us to the fact that our logo is on the website.

As far as we’re aware, Sensory Education have never had permission to use our logo and we have asked them to remove it multiple times. We’ve since sent a solicitor’s letter and have alerted Trading Standards to the situation.

We advise anyone with concerns about this company, its practices or who is seeking redress to contact the Citizens Advice Consumer Service, who can refer complaints to Trading Standards to investigate."

Good!! You've done a great job with the links provided, ive contacted children in need ages ago and they were looking into it but couldn't inform me of the out come but I will contacting them again about this and I will be certainly emailing the others now to!!
Thank you for continuing to inform the public I hope we see him on Watchdog again with this company!! ( I didn't realise that he was on Watchdog with a previous company I thought it was cheap disability aids!!🙈 It makes sense now!!)
