I did exactly the same. I’ve lost count how many emails I’ve been sent from them demanding the money. I contacted my bank just to make sure they had been paid, and the bank told me not to give them any money.
After reading this thread I’m lucky the item eventually arrived, but only after I did a charge back with bank, coincidence???0 -
I wish I had found this earlier (and also seen the seller feedback on Amazon) before placing an order. They are now an Amazon seller, and I ordered a tuff tray from them on 5th August. Description said
that it would be available on 10th August with potential delivery on 14th. I placed the order on 5th August and was pleasantly surprised to be advised that it was dispatched on 6th August. However, still expected delivery on 13th or 14th August, which seemed quite slow delivery, and no tracking information available, other than it's Royal Mail, which I think is very poor service. It is now 15th August and no sign of it arriving, so I've just messaged the seller for the tracking information. However, judging by the experience of people in this thread and also Amazon feedback, it is unlikely I'll get a response. I'll be contacting Amazon for my money to be refunded by the sound of it.0 -

Not necessarily. It's only a few days late?!0 -
From their amazon profile
30 days 90 days 12 months Lifetime
Positive 47% 64% 81% 94%
Neutral 5% 4% 1% 2%
Negative 47% 32% 18% 5%
Count 19 28 73 536
Inter last 30 days, 47% of reviews have been negative
I do find amazon are more responsive to complaints, so complain to amazon.0 -
I'm amazed they've survived on Amazon with that level of negative feedback.0

Agreed, yet if you look at their tag line it says something like 81% positive in twelve months..?0

Yes, I know, but with all the negative comments on here, plus the additional negative feedback I have since found on Amazon (as helpfully contributed by yourself and others since my post), I really don't hold out much hope. It is with hindsight that I realised I hadn't checked their profile on Amazon before placing the order.
I was initially hopeful that an early dispatch would mean earlier delivery - surely Royal Mail won't hold onto parcels longer than they actually need to just to meet a supplier's expectation on delivery date? ;-)
Having sent the email chaser for the tracking information, I must give them the 2-3 days to respond, but then if there is no further update, I will be following up with Amazon for a refund and adding to the negative feedback.....

Yes, that is my plan, and pleased that I have that backing, rather than a direct order to them. :-)0 -
