We also made a order with several items, one item placed 3 months ago has not arrived, one came 45 days later and we were told it would be cancelled because the excessive time takeN. Customer care was awful and now not responding to any of our requests for refunds. Seems to be their practice so we are left with no other option but to report to trading standards and seek advice to enforce refund. {Text removed by MSE Forum Team} Report them and let's stop them taking advantage of their consumers.

yes people need to report them, I imagine, please do so if you feel you have been scammed.

The amount of people who have complained about this company over the years.... Kind of makes me wonder how much money you could make if you ran a good version of the company!

Companies like this forget the power of the internet.
I can't see them lasting much longer.
Sensory Education limited can only slam the phone down on someone so many times and get away with it.

It's very obvious they're watching this thread considering how many bits have been removed. If they were legitimate, they wouldn't ask for 'lies' to be removed, we'd be libel. However, asking for the truth to be removed speaks volumes. Have they got the guts to stop having this thread edited?

Well they can watch this as well, bunch of money grabbing crooks! I've contacted them three times by email, to be told "wait three days for a response", I've rung their number countless times, gone through every option, always comes back to the brainless dimwits on the reception who, when asked about my order "don't have access to that part of the system", but "if you'd like to place an order that's fine", gave me the duty manager email run around as well - complete b*** s**t.

Oh how I wish I had Googled the company name before placing an order!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Keep posting to the thread to keep it updated, this is how we stop these thieves stealing money from vulnerable children!
