Fingers crossed it all happens tomorrow as planned and your offer follows next week!Billy2611 said:We are still waiting too, it’s been nearly 6 weeks as our valuation kept getting re-arranged . It is happening tomorrow so I am hoping next week we will have our offer !!!0 -
Hi everyone, been reading for a while but no account - made one just now to share my experience. Quite pleasant so far and awaiting an offer.
No credit blemishes - problem was only been trading for 12 months as a Limited Company, previously declined from Halifax for 'lack of experience' hence Kensington.
- 15/5 Applied
- 21/5 Came back asking for an accountants reference & 'proof he was trading as a Sole Trader before going to a Limited Company', provided this the same day.
- 26/5 Accountant sent reference
- 28/5 Valuation booked for 3/6
- 4/6 Valuation received back & ticked
I assume we are now awaiting offer (unless they come back asking for something else), today is the 4th working day to assess as they advise so fingers crossed for an offer soon.0 -
Hopefully if today is the 4th working day then you should hear from them pretty soon! Your process seems to have been quite smooth so far which is good. Hopefully they will have the offer over to you and not request any further documents from youArboy910 said:Hi everyone, been reading for a while but no account - made one just now to share my experience. Yes it has! Broker told me that because I don't have adverse credit, where a lot of Kensington applicants do - it 'should' have been a more straightforward process than it is for some, which so far it has been.Amysmith21 said:

Just hoping for the offer soon & that they don't come back with any/too many more questions. Edging closer to June 30th for Stamp Duty and worried that too many '4 working day' setbacks may make it a close call. I hope you hear something soon too!0 -
Yeah the June deadline is the issue...we needed our offer to our solicitor by 14th June for our chain to make the deadline and doesn't look like that will happen now as it is next Monday and I am still waiting for the documents to be accepted for the valuation to be booked and done. Keep us updated on your progress and when you hear anything and fingers crossed making the deadline.Arboy910 said:

@Amysmith21 Tues probably as I can't get them to my MA until tomorrow. Such a joke. Was hoping for good news, and then when it's more questions it's so disheartening. Ah well nowt can be done, back in the queue we go!0
