It is a really tricky one! I would be the same as you and wanting to chase today to try and find something out but I guess tomorrow is the 3rd working day for them reviewing. I think you have got to maybe wait for tomorrow. Like you say you don't want to risk pushing them too much. I really hope you hear something soon!EmzJenks said:

Well they were sent Thursday evening, so not counting Thurs as a day. They've emailed my broker on a Saturday before so kinda hoping Saturday would count as well hahaAmysmith21 said:

Turns out our Valuation was actually done last Friday! MA had said they were doing it today. Chuffed it has been that quick. MA says we should have offer this week so keeping everything crossed! Started this journey 21/05 and everything has been quick so far.0

That's fab! We started on 18th May and had four requests for documents, no survey yet... that I'm aware of anyway. Maybe it has been booked and we just don't know. They've now decided they need a letter from the student loan company that my student loan has been paid off. Which I don't have. So I'll have to call them. Get a letter. Get that posted. So god knows. Such a massive joke0
